The location is very convenient and the attendant, Loredana, is very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. This is a reasonable option for a budget traveler. There is a good Georgian restaurant next door and plenty of breakfast options. However, this is not a "real" hotel. This is a an apartment converted to a set of rooms. There is no lobby or front desk. Not a big deal but FYI. The bathroom was clean and modern but the room was tiny.

My friend and I had the best stay here. Stefano was very helpful and made our arrival quick and easy. Our room was clean and very spacious. The location made all of the main attractions easy to walk to. It is close to Termini which is great for airport transfers/day trips. Most importantly we felt very safe here. I will definitely recommend this spot to all of my friends.

Lorenada was an AMAZING! We appreciate her hospitality and guidance on our questions. I really liked how they allowed us to leave our luggage before our reservation and it was ready in our room. The hotel was in a centralized location in Rome, easy walking distance to everything.

Great place but there’s a few things to note. You need a physical key to get into the lobby. Take the first door on the right and elevator to 2nd floor. Then on your left u need a code to get into the “house”. Then another code to get into the room. Then a physical key to get power on in the room. It’s kind of annoying if you had some drinks. lol. Room was clean and neat. It’s small but this is Europe. No dresser or drawers just closet and a small desk I used as a dresser. View was eh. It was a bit noisy at times bc it’s a smaller place. Water pressure was great. Ac was good. Small market steps away and plenty of dining. Over all it’s a great place except for those small things. They didn’t turn down my room on the 3rd night. Not sure what’s up with that.
