We stayed here for 3 nights and couldn't be happier with the choice. It is bang in the city center next to Piazza Del Popolo. Only 5-6 minute train ride from Roma Termini followed by 3-4 minute walk. Historic landmarks are close (Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon each within 10 minute walk). The area is super safe and cozy to walk even at mid night. There are restaurants, ice cream shops as soon as you get down. The property is spacious and clean. We booked the biggest apartment (Aqua Marina) as we have 3 children. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a big bed and the other with bunk bed (for 2 kids). The living room has a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps 2. It also had two bathrooms which was a big plus. There is Air Conditioner in the apartment and elevator in the building, which are not common in European hotels. Being August it was very hot (90 degrees). It was great to be back after hot days of sightseeing in a clean, cool, specious apartment. They restock breakfast each day after cleaning. (rusks, bread, jam, croissants, cookies, honey, corn flakes). In the kitchenette the fridge had milk, butter, fresh oranges. There is a juice maker, coffee maker and local coffees. Loved the frothy coffee. Owner Paulo and his assistant (forgot her name) go the extra mile to ensure you are happy. Paulo went out and got us milk one evening when we we realized we didn't leave the cleaning/restocking sign on the door. Hotel's airport transfer is only 55 Euros. Highly Recommended!!!

great location. very clean, just what we needed to be able to see the city.

Good quality, idela to walk around Rome. The staff help us during our stay and gave us excellent advise!

We were greeted by Leonardo who showed us to our room, then proceeded to spend the next ~30 minutes going over a map of central Rome, giving tips for where and when to visit, as well as restaurants in the vicinity. We've never had such a careful introduction to a city by hotel staff before. Leonardo is a real character, and this was a wonderful first experience in Rome. The apartment itself was in fantastic condition, beautifully decorated, and even was outfitted with a child's toy zone for our 2-year old. Kitchenette was sufficient to prepare our own meals. Highly recommended!
