Ok room and situated near the Popol place, but they did not have a terrible breakfast. To much noise from neigboring room. Too expensive compared to hotels. Cleaning not very good. Have visited the place two times, but will not use it anymore.

My daughter and 2 of our friends recently stayed at Ripetta 25. The location was excellent, the apartment was clean, the coffee and food much appreciated. The absolute best was Paulo, our host. He met us when we arrived and was so helpful. The second day we were there my daughter fell and it was evident that she needed medical attention. We called Paulo and he came right over. He called a doctor for us and the doctor was waiting for us at the hospital! We were so appreciative. Paulo even texted to check on her later that evening. (Fortunately, she was OK.) I can't recommend Ripetta 25 highly enough. It was truly full service - talk about Italian hospitality! Thank you!!!

There's lots to love about this property...the owners are great, so friendly and helpful, and it is in an amazing location, we were able to walk or metro to all the sights on our list. Our room was spacious and quite lovely to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. I do see what the other reviewer meant about some noise though, it's not too noisy but even with the windows closed, if there is a party on the street (like there was one Friday night), you can still hear people below. And we could occasionally hear the people in the suite next to us, which made us more conscious of any noise we might be making. Also, the curtains are thin so some blackout drapes might be a nice addition for those who might want to sleep in. But again it was a convenient location and it was extra nice to have some snacks each morning to nibble on before going out about our day and also to bring along with us so the pros outweigh any cons.

This small boutique hotel was exactly what my family needed as we entered into the last leg of our month long adventure. This hotel offered a separate bedroom for my children. We had a sitting area and a kitchen area. Having our breakfast in our room was very convenient. The owners and staff are all extremely helpful. It is also a very easy walk to major sites like the Spanish Steps through the best shopping areas. I would recommend this hotel.

I’m still here it’s only my second day but I can’t say enough positive things about this hotel the staff Rebecca is amazing! So hospitable and gave us great info ... it’s within walking distance to all attractions . Clean spacious upon arrival we were greeted with a welcoming smile... our room was fully stocked with everything we needed fridge was full of water milk fruit yogurt a basket of baked goods coffee teas ! It’s perfect for any family or friends who want a great location price and clean place . So happy !

Such a wonderful place to stay in Rome. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Rebecca showed us around the accomodation and made sure we were comfortable, she also gave us recommendations for places to visit. Everyone who worked there always greeted us as we came in and made us feel at home. The room was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast is refilled everyday and they gave us a generous amount of things. We stayed in the aqua marina room which was HUGE for just the two of us but a lovely room and I imagine especially if you're visiting with children. It had two bedrooms (one with a bunk bed) and two bathrooms (one with full sized bath). My only fault would be that on a night time it could be slightly noisy due to cars outside/bin men but this isn't the hotel's fault and it also didn't wake me up just something to consider. We would visit here again if we came to rome! The furthest we had to walk was 25 minutes to the Vatican and even that was a pleasant walk. Everywhere else is really close. The hotel is also very close to a metro station making it easy to get to places around Rome or even to the train station to get to the airport. I can't recommend this place enough!! Thank you ripetta for making our stay a memorable one!

Rebecca and Paolo were very accommodating, allowing us to store our bags very early on Saturday until our room was ready. Our stay was great and we loved the mini kitchen. Would definitely recommend for families or groups of friends traveling!

We've just returned from a wonderful trip to Rome and stay at Ripetta 25. It really is a great place to stay. We were in the Azure room which sleeps 6, there was 5 of us and it was very spacious, with excellent facilities including 2 lovely bathrooms which is always a bonus when travelling with teenagers! The kitchenette was perfectly sufficient for our 5 night stay and was equipt with all you would need, including a juicer for the fresh oranges you get everyday in the breakfast pack! Ripetta 25 is in an excellent location to see all the wonders that Rome has to offer. As a family we like to walk and it is about a 5 min walk to the Spanish steps, 10/15mins to the Trevi fountain and about 30 mins to the Colosseum and Forum. There are also plenty of restaurants all around that cater for all tastes. Finally, the helpfulness of the owners is second to none. Paulo was so lovely on our arrival and took the time to talk us through how everything in the apartment worked as well as all the best places to visit in Rome and how to get there. He also booked us our taxi back to the airport, which was punctual and excellent. Overall, Ripetta 25 is a wonderful place to stay, we loved our time there and will be sure to visit again in the future 😊 Thank you.

I'm sorry but I booked that place according to the TripAdvisor's reviews and I regretted that. It's a terribly noisy place and not really very comfortable. I felt like I have been sleeping under the railroad bridge. The butchers on the opposite side of the street started working at 4 a.m. throwing and cutting meat pieces and talking to each other. Every sound echoed as if you were down on the street. The so called kitchen is packed inside the cabinets so it's hard to open them every time you need something. Be aware of the doors otherwise your knees or even head could be injured. In fact, it's not a piece of cake to make a breakfast. You have to make juice and toasts and coffee by yourself and wash dishes after that. So be careful about the order. Your coffee could get cold otherwise. Although stuff was very welcoming and hospitable I have a small complain about the cleanliness. I was looking for an extra pillow and found a plastic bag with a piece of man underwear. I believe it is still in place. Curtains seemed to have never been washed at all as they have yellow stains on them. All in all it's kind of hi-tech fancy place with a great location and nice stuff. Unfortunately, that's not enough.

My 2 friends and I recently stayed at Ripetta for one night before we left for a cruise. We arrived a little early but staff was very accommodating and got us into our room. We had a queen size bed and a separate room with bunk beds. Rebecca was very helpful and gave us pointers and directions to things we were looking for. She also helped us arrange our transportation to the cruise port. It was very centrally located and easy walking distance to all the things we wanted to see. There was a simple breakfast and coffee available. The staff were very friendly and although they didn’t understand much English were able to help us. They took our luggage down for us in the morning and made our check out very easy. Would definitely recommend!!
