Awesome Staff = Awesome Stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel is walking distance to most landmarks in Rome. We had an awesome time!

Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a Junior Suite and found that everything worked well. The breakfast was great and the staff were pleasant and helpful. In particular, Lavinia was amazingly helpful!

Absolutely disappointed with this place. Pictures fooled us. Did not even unpack our bags! Dirty, smelled horrible, our balcony felt as if it were going to crumble. If there were room on the floor, it seemed itd be better than the bed. Not quite sure how an average adult gets in/out of the showet its so tight. Definitely would not recommend. Complained to manager and they did nothing to help so we left 30min into our 4 day reservation and no refund or anything. Do not stay here

This was my second stay at this hotel. This time I had been given a ‘superior’ room. Although it was like a suite, the only window looked out on to a shaft with drain pipes. I asked for a room change which they did the next day - so I had paid for a ‘superior’ room and ended up in one of the normal rooms which I was more satisfied with, apart from the pricing issue - I really feel I deserve a refund. The free bottle of wine was a large bottle of prosecco - for one person!!!! Ended up throwing most of it down the sink. Despite excellent location I’m not sure I will stay there again.

A hiccup with check in as hotel.com did not send through the separate bed requests and it was after hours but the hotel management were extremely kind in offering us a complimentary second room for the night. Amazing

Loved our stay!

Exceptional front desk staff. So friendly and helpful to us and see she spoke perfect English. The roof top breakfast buffet was over the top fabulous...from the freshly squeezed OJ,the coffee,eggs,bacon, and on and on! The lovely man who made my cappuccino endured all the guests were well cared for. The only down side was the construction noise from the adjacent building.

Our stay was truly memorable. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and every area was well cared for, which made us feel both comfortable and safe during our trip. The staff, especially Elizabeth’s, were outstanding, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations that gave us a truly authentic Italian experience. The location was ideal, with everything within walking distance, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. This was our anniversary trip, and staying here made it unforgettable. Little gem in the centre of Rome.

Fantastico! We had to make a last minute booking due to another property letting us down. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the delightful Elizabetha (spelling?). The hotel is on the 4th floor, easily accessible by lift, of a lovely building. We walked to all the key attractions and didn't find a need for transportation. The hotel room was small to medium size and was spotlessly clean. We upgraded (small cost) to a room with a lovely bijou balcony which we sat on each evening. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast buffet which was well stocked with friendly staff serving freshly squeezed OJ and speciality coffee. Bottom line is that we would definitely stay again.
