This hotel markets itself as a luxury destination, but the reality is far from five-star. The most glaring issue was the service in the restaurant, bar, and lounges — consistently inattentive, unprofessional, and nowhere near the standard expected of a property of this caliber. At the bar, staff were slow to acknowledge guests, often leaving patrons waiting for extended periods just to place an order. When service did arrive, it was rushed and careless, as if providing basic hospitality was an afterthought. The lounges, which should have been comfortable and refined, suffered from the same problem: long waits for even the simplest requests and an overall lack of attentiveness. To make matters worse, the pricing was astonishingly inflated. Every drink and service came at a premium that might have been acceptable had the experience matched the cost — but it didn’t. Instead, guests are left paying exorbitant rates for service that wouldn’t be acceptable in a mid-range establishment. Furthermore, the spa was advertised as a luxury experience, but in reality, it was nothing of the sort. There were no treatments actually available, and what was offered bore little resemblance to what was promised. Facilities were far below expectations — extremely limited, and lacking the exclusivity and quality one associates with a five-star spa. This hotel may carry a five-star label, but the service is far from it. I cannot recommend it to anyone seeking a true luxury experience.

Well it's expensive, great location. Food was great. One of the two nights they closed the rooftop terrace for a private event. Roof top was one of the keys that decided my booking so I was not impressed. I would shop around more next time. Ciao!

We’ve stayed here twice and both times the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff have been outstanding. It’s close enough to walk to so many places. I definitely would recommend staying here.

The Must Stay hotel for the Must See Roman Vacati!

This was our first stop on a multi-city tour of Italy. The team here is absolutely fantastic! Ask for Paulo! He will help with everything! Also, this hotel is right in the middle of EVERYTHING you want to see in Rome and nestled between a number of quaint trattorias.

Located in the heart of Rome. This property sits near the Pantheon and Argentinian ruins. The rooftop restaurant was great and featured views of the city. The staff were very helpful. The property was very clean.

The bed was incredibly comfy as you would expect from a Radisson but this absolutely did not make up for the A/C being broken for the majority of the stay. Out of the 4/5 members of staff I spoke to nobody could give a day / time when this was going to be fixed, every occasion that the maintenance man visited the room he just said it should work and if it doesn’t contact the front desk. Alas, it did not work for 4 days! Which during 35 degree heat isn’t acceptable for a Radisson hotel. In addition to the A/C being broken there is little to no noise protection from the outside so we were woken at 6am to some demolition on a building opposite our room window, so being woken that early as well as being incredibly sweaty just summarised the stay for us. Upon check out no member of staff apologised for the awful time we had during the stay or even acknowledged it. This isn’t acceptable for hotel of this class.
