We had a wonderful stay at Navona Residenza de Charme. Our room was a suite with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The larger bedroom had a loft with another bed. The room is very clean. The hotel can help with transportation to and from the airport or train station. It is just 2 streets over from Piazza Navona. You can easily walk to all the historical sites like the Pantheon, Colosseum and Roman Forum. There are plenty of restaurants right outside the hotel. The owner Jean was a big help with the map and making suggestions. We would definitely recommend Mime e Coco or Osteria Pasquino for dinner or lunch. They had great food and good service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. We had a great time.

It felt like home. Our family of 6 loved our time here. We enjoyed the terrace and lovely staff. The water cooler had bubble and natural water and we enjoyed both. We had great conversations with the staff who were very helpful. They also arranged transportation to and from the airport. Thanks!

This property was fantastic! Staff were very friendly and spoke great English. The airport shuttle was reasonably priced. The breakfast included was wonderful and the terrace was stunning. It was in a great location and walkable to great dinning options, shopping and tourist attractions. The room was spacious, clean and towels could be replaced as needed. The only thing to watch out for is if you are getting a loft style room, the upstairs ceiling where the bed is located is low (5'6") so it may not be ideal for taller guests. We weren't aware of this but made do. Overall we would go back in a heart beat!

I love staying near Piazza Navona, and this apartment was a great place to stay with my family with kids. Queen bed in main bedroom, which also has a loft above with another bed. Secondary bedroom with double bed. Rooms a bit tight, but hey, it’s Italy! Two bathrooms is a plus. Free filtered water, breakfast included, friendly staff. Ac worked great.

Our stay at the Navona Residenza de Charme was lovely. The managers were extremely helpful from even before we arrived, messaging us to make sure we would be able to check in OK, offering recommendations for local places to eat and providing a map with places to hit in the short time we were there. Breakfast each morning was delightful, with a nice view and conversation with the managers. We also loved Sofia the cat, who clearly is the one actually running the place :-)
