Elegant apartment located in the famous Trastevere district, but at the same time quiet and peaceful. A terrace and a garden allow you to relax after a long day of walking. Surrounded by alleys full of restaurants, pubs and street artists, in 20 minutes on foot, or using a bus, you can reach all the main attractions of Rome. Ideal for those who want to see and experience the climate of the eternal city.

Located on the ground floor with independent entrance in the heart of Trastevere. The house is divided into 3 floors, as soon as we open the gate we find a small garden, entering the house we have a living area with kitchenette (where there is a good quality double sofa bed), a bathroom, a small fitness area, a double bedroom with a second en suite bathroom. On the second mezzanine floor we have a second double bedroom. Going up the stairs again we arrive on the roof of the house where there is a terrace with barbeque for eating or sunbathing and relaxing. Throughout the house there is a very fast fiber optic WI-FI connection, Smart TV with the use of NETFLIX and PRIME VIDEO, air conditioning, heating, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

best location!

This apartment was awesome. right in the action, but very quiet. beds very good. close to everything, and an easy taxi ride to all the sites, or walk, which we did a lot. short walk to a great overlook of all of Rome, and a huge park. 10/10 Thanks Dino, and Pierluigi!

Great location

Nice property in great area. The terrace is hard to access and is really hot in the hot months. We stayed 2 separate times in 3 weeks. Missing things like paper towels or dish towels, was cloths in the bathrooms. I tried to use the washing machine and it washed my clothes for 3 hours. Would give this 5 stars except for a few items.
