Amazing hotel and service

Fantastic long weekend stay. The most amazing service from host abs owner Maria who took great care of us during our whole stay. Recommended amazing restaurants and had tips for all attractions during the weekend. Will definitely come again! Location, rooms and service is really top-notch.

The room was very small; I think it was 14 square meters (approx 145 square feet). As soon as you open the door, the bed is right there. Probably great for those that travel light but we had two regular-size suitcases. I should’ve done the math on square footage before booking... On the other hand, customer service is excellent. All of them spoke English and always gave great advice when needed.

Check in was so easy and efficient. Reception staff membre was amazing and so friendly ready to assist with directions and questions. Breakfast was brought to your room and was very good. Rooms small but having travelled in Europe not u usual. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. My only complaint was the wifi otherwise all was great. Correspondance re booking and inquiries re transfers were always answered and punctual. Thank you for making our experience in Rome so pleasant.

Outstanding property

Amazing place and the service was outstanding. Very comfortable and as they were in a heat wave they had the air on for us and it was cool in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel. Very quiet and safe area.

Extremely comfortable establishment

Great room with very friendly and helpful staff on reception. Breakfast was brought to the room on time and was a really good start to the day. We have stayed in a similar type of place in Bologna last year. There is a shared entrance with individual an suite room's of the hallway. In the place we stated in Bologna, there was a facility to make drinks in the hallway, with a coffee machine a selection of teas available. Intown House could provide something along those lines as there was no facility to make a drink in the rooms. After a long day of sightseeing, it would have been nice to have a cup of tea before heading back out to dine.
