Family suite was small, only mirror in room was in the bathroom difficult for family of 4 to get ready at the same time. Staff was not friendly
I found it an easy walk to the squares where I liked to hang out in the evening. About a half hour walk from the Trevi. A really nice value.
The staff was awesome, the breakfast was amazing, the room was FABULOUS. I LOVE THIS HOTEL. And its 5 mins walk to the Vatican and lots of shops near by. Great stay HIGHLY recommended.
LOCATION: Couldn't ask for better location! Very close to Vatican, St. Peter's, Castel Sant'Angelo, etc. Reasonable walk to Trevi, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps. The Colloseum was farther, but we still walked there in about 45 minutes. Great upscale shopping close to hotel, plus lots of street vendors if someone is interested in "deals". We had an amazing view and could see Castel Sant'Angelo and the dome of St. Peter's from our balcony on the 7th floor. ROOM: We had a Junior suite, which was very spacious with a separate bedroom and a nice-sized bathroom. Free water was provided daily, plus there's a minibar with snacks/alcoholic drinks/etc. The bed was very firm, but felt comfortable and we slept well. The hardwood floors are nice and the entire place was very clean, with daily service. The balcony was huge and a had 2 chairs.The supplies in the room (shampoo, shower gel, etc) were some of the best we've ever had in any hotel. STAFF: We had great experience with everyone we encountered at the hotel. Friendly, helpful, made good suggestions for dinner and always answered questions. AMENITIES: There's no central lobby per se, just areas - one for checkin, one for small computer station, one for relaxing and reading a magazine. Point deducted for having to take steps to the elevator (just a few steps, but a ramp would've been helpful). There's a good-size restaurant, and a generous bar. Wish they had a happy hour or some other activity for the hotel guests in the evening.
Arrived in Rome , made it to the hotel early, they informed us check in was 3 so had to fight jet lag, but well worth waiting. Incredible staff, cleaning of the rooms was done promptly and overall had a great experience. The location is prime because most major attractions in the city center are a mile or 2 walk, it goes quick ... the colosseum was the only place we got transportation to. Car Service picking us up from the airport was very nice as well. Overall, great stay.... hope to visit again.

We have a wonderful experience with the hotel as soon as we walked in. All the Staff was very nice and helpful with our questions we had. We booked our room with the breakfast included and I recommend this option. They had and excellent breakfast every morning. The morning we had to leave early for a tour and could not be for breakfast they made us a boxed breakfast for us. The room we had was very large and clean.
1st time in Rome. Wanted a modern hotel near the Vatican. I would stay there again

Room was lovely. Nicely appointed. Good air cconditioning.. Good location, close to Vatican city, restaurants and shopping. Nice Balcony. Spacious bathroom but the toilet seat was broken an kept slipping off sideways. Had to ask for a repair. Breakfast had plenty of options, food was fresh. Great coffee options.
