So sorry to share this but, it was so scary at the begging almos look like it a was a Scam, there was no name on the front so we where walking like crazy and couldn’t find it, when we find it there was a close door with a number, no reception,I as people coming out of another floor,and the where renting on a complete different company, every floor, this nice couple tell us it was a reception across the street and we went and ask an they call someone and they ask us to go back and someone will open the door for us,this young girl in shorts with a kid,almos no English, so a little more difficult,but well, she said I’ll give you the key and ahead tell you no breakfast,don’t know if they told you but no, and the internet is down, so finally we got in the room and nothing to do with this picture here, for the price I was expecting at least super clean,but not really,the only good thing is the bead was not to bad and the location was good.
Mold on the bathroom
Mold on the toilet and move every time you used it, we report it ,nothing happened, water came out of the base every time you used it

The cleanliness could be improved, the bathroom hadnot been cleaned for a while, which in a hotel is shocking. The breakfast consists in a coffee and supermarket croissant in plastic, not very appetizing nor very ecological...wuth a small effort the placz cpuld be much better, as it is very well situated and connected!

The worst ever! Dirty bathrooms AC didn’t cool at all we slept with the windows open due to no AC Broken bathtub with repairs unfinished The laundry in the hallway more than 7 big bags of laundry No Internet we could not get WiFi unless we were in front of the receiver in the hallway It was horrible! Never again Btw, I have pictures of everything even the dirty toilet that has not been cleaned in more than a month I wasted my money on the hotel They gave breakfast and when I returned to the room to eat it they took the breakfast And I did ask why was it taken since I left it in a spot which should of been touched Nearly no English spoken I tried Spanish and nothing I am not pleased that Expedia would have put them on the list Thank you

The location was great! The place is quaint. There was a flood approximately an hour after our arrival. We understand these things happen but it was somewhat disconcerting with water in the big chandelier over the steps! Also, the bathroom was full of mold including the shower curtain!

We booked with this hotel but when we got there, they said they don’t have a room for us so we ended up staying at a different location which was a bit farther from the centre and it was also someone’s home, not a hotel. They did give us a free cocktail to make up for it but still inconvenient.

Ac unit so load had to turn it off at night. Noise from casing. (too hot or noisy to sleep). This destroyed our entire vacation in Rome. Asked for service, No improvement if action at all was taken. No room WiFi as promised when ordering. Only at reception Dirty, we used towels to wash bathroom and floor bedroom.

The hotel room was okay. But we had to stay in anther hotel our 1st night-emergency and no room available. There was no conpensation and they didn't have a rolm for us and our luggage until late the 2nd day.

Very old and run down. The beds were horrible! We could feel the springs in the mattress. The bathroom shower fixture was wobbly and old. Breakfast was terrible. Stale packaged croissants and slices of bread with a few cold cuts. They actually had scrambled eggs but were cold. Juice machine was broken but you didn’t know it until you went to use it and just water cane out. The staff just stood there until guests used it and told them that only water was coming out. Then they would tell them it was broken. Why not just put an out of order sign on it??? We actually started looking into moving out but other hotels were full and there was no refund. Air conditioner didn’t work well either. 3 long nights!! Only good thing was the location. 200 Metres from the Spanish steps
