So sorry to share this but, it was so scary at the begging almos look like it a was a Scam, there was no name on the front so we where walking like crazy and couldn’t find it, when we find it there was a close door with a number, no reception,I as people coming out of another floor,and the where renting on a complete different company, every floor, this nice couple tell us it was a reception across the street and we went and ask an they call someone and they ask us to go back and someone will open the door for us,this young girl in shorts with a kid,almos no English, so a little more difficult,but well, she said I’ll give you the key and ahead tell you no breakfast,don’t know if they told you but no, and the internet is down, so finally we got in the room and nothing to do with this picture here, for the price I was expecting at least super clean,but not really,the only good thing is the bead was not to bad and the location was good.

In pieno centro, ok. Ma il bagno... Odore di bottino, lavandino otturato pesantemente, tavoletta del wc smontata, vasca da bagno orribile con macchie ovunque ed in parte senza piastrelle, allestimenti generali risalenti agli anni 70. Letto matrimoniale infossato. Roma per gli hotel e non solo, e' diventata uno schifo assoluto. Prezzi esorbitanti per tutto, gestione dei servizi tutta straniera, non c'è più un italiano. Mai più.

Bra läge allt annat dåligt.

Den enda person som arbetade på hotellet kunde inte ett enda ord engelska. Dålig standard på rummen. Det kändes inte rent. Upplevdes endast som om de bäddade om på morgonen, inte städade något nämnvärt. Det var inte tillräckligt med toapapper. Vi fick fråga efter nytt varje dag. Badrummet var inte rent och fräscht.T ex satt toaletten fast i golvet med silicon (ej skruv), vilket gjorde att det läckte ut mkt vatten på golvet när man satt på den då den gungade. Det var väldigt kallt på rummen och ingen direkt ventilation vilket gjorde att det för utom kylan blev kvavt och instängt. Personalen hade dålig koll på rumsnycklarna. När vi kom fick vi ingen nyckel till ytterdörren. Vi fick slita upp den för att komma in. Det verkade endast vara sporadisk bemanning i receptionen. Det fanns ingen plats att låsa in värdesaker (safety box). Det var inte tillåtet att äta i frukostmatsalen p g a covidrestriktioner. Man fick en frukostbricka tilldelad utanför rummet kl 08:30 (endast den tiden). Frukosten bestod av en kaffe med mjölk i kopp, en juice i tetrapak samt ett förpackat chokladfyllt bakverk. Sista dagen bad vi om att få frukosten 07:20 p g a att vi skulle flyga hem. Fick ok på det men det fanns ingen frukostbricka framdukad enl överenskommelse när vi skulle äta. M a o betalade vi för frukost tre dagar men fick två.

La posizione è straordinaria. Proprio sulla scalinata dì Trinità dei Monti. Per il resto non ci siamo . Non è un hotel a 3 stelle. Piuttosto un B&B. Infatti le reception per il check in funziona fino alle 19 (hanno fatto per me uno strappo alla regola fino alle 20). Ma la cosa migliore è stata la colazione, prevista dalle 08.30 alle 09. Si è mai visto? Comunque anche qui in via del tutto eccezionale, la ragazza alla reception si è offerta dì servirla alle 07.30. Però ho aspettato invano fino alle 08 ma non si è visto nessuno. Me ne sono andato insalutato ospite e ho fatto colazione al bar sottostante . La camera non è male. Il bagno è terribile. Elementi vecchi e soprattutto il WC con incrostazioni antiche per nulla rassicuranti. Non ci siamo

The cleanliness could be improved, the bathroom hadnot been cleaned for a while, which in a hotel is shocking. The breakfast consists in a coffee and supermarket croissant in plastic, not very appetizing nor very ecological...wuth a small effort the placz cpuld be much better, as it is very well situated and connected!

Struttura sconsigliatissima, io non mi rendo conto di come possa avere 3 stelle un posto del genere. Appena arrivati si deve chiamare un numero scritto sulla porta dell entrata per fare il check in,cosa gia strana, per un hotel 3 stelle specialmente. Poi arriva il bello,appena si entra una puzza di cucina africana nauseante, ho chiesto qualche minuto di tempo e ho cercato alternative su internet ma niente per le mie possibilità solamente prezzi alle stelle e in posizione per me scomode avendo piu bagagli con me, ho chiesto di vedere la camera prima di pagare,sono dovuto restare per forza maggiore, per fortuna in camera non si sentiva quella puzza altrimenti avrei preferito tornare a casa mia rifacendo 250 km in treno, dalle foto e dalle descrizioni non si direbbe che era come l ho descritto io,la posizione solamente non era male per il resto non andate, è gestito da stranieri e la maggior parte dei loro ospiti sono stranieri africani e non sono assolutamente razzista ma credetemi non vedevo l ora di andarmene(cosa che non dovrebbe mai succedere durante un soggiorno)

Già tutto è iniziato negativamente, un hotel senza reception: arrivati per il check-in abbiamo trovato la porta dell’hotel chiusa dunque abbiamo chiamato i numeri di telefono sulla porta per chiedere di farci entrare, dopo diversi e svariati minuti sono venuti ad aprirci e ci hanno dato le chiavi. Dopo ciò non abbiamo più visto nessuno alla reception nei successivi giorni. Arrivati in camera la prima cosa notata è stato che in bagno nel rubinetto del lavandino mancavano di rompigetto ed acqua fredda, c’era esclusivamente acqua molto calda tanto da bruciare le mani con grosse difficoltà a lavarsi i denti. La prima notte abbiamo trovato le lenzuola degli ospiti precedenti, ce ne siamo immediatamente accorti essendo piene di capelli, al che si va alla ricerca di qualcuno che possa darci altre lenzuola erano circa le 22, sembrava non esserci nessuno, richiamo i numeri sulla porta esterna ed esce una signora a cui ho cercato di spiegare i problemi dell’acqua e delle lenzuola ma non capiva l’italiano, alla fine ci siamo fatti capire a gesti e ci ha dato altre lenzuola ma anche queste erano totalmente sporche, addirittura c'era un impronta di scarpa sopra al che me le faccio ulteriormente ricambiare, siamo andati a letto molto più tardi del previsto. Una società seria, importante, ed affermata a livello mondiale, non dovrebbe permettere che questi Alberghi/Hotel siano presenti per la prenotazione di un soggiorno. Non bastano più i caratteri. Si richiede il rimborso
