Delightful and quiet 100m2 apartment for 2 people, inside a small villa from the 1900s in the Coppede district. Bright with many windows but without a balcony because it is located three steps from the ground floor. Suggestive vaulted ceiling, large living room / living room, with fireplace and open-plan American kitchen equipped with pots, crockery and various accessories, large bedroom with double bed, bathroom with power shower, spacious dressing room and closet with washing machine. Complete set of sheets and towels for two people. Well connected by bus and subway, distance from the center 3 km.
Possibility of internal parking on request.
We speak Italian, English and Spanish.

This listing should be updated as it states there is a washing machine in the unit and check out is until 11:00am, the bed is very squeaky if you roll over you will wake yourself and your partner,, there were no towels available in the kitchen, the kitchen chairs were very flimsy and uncomfortable and are ready to break, it it impossible to keep the shower from flooding the bathroom as it is not designed well so you will have very wet towels around. There was loud excavation next door that was so powerful it rattled the entire space. A heads up would have been nice, this was not a place to relax. There were no fans available and there should be for an underground unit. I shared this information with the owner and did not receive and reconciliation.
