Best Western Hotel Rome Airport

Very nice place. One problem is that hallway on first floor and elevator had an awful smell!

Last minute booking when we decided to be close to the airport. For the price and knowing it was an American brand we felt good. Front desk staff acted put off by us, hotel is located a good walk from any decent food and TV kept shutting off after 15 minutes no matter what I did. There were a couple hotels closer to the sea for the same or less that we walked to and checked out that were better. It seems farther from the airport but actually everything in this area has service to the airport. It is OK but really needs to think about lowering price for what you get.

Great breakfast too. Highly recommend. Very inexpensive. Clean. New rooms mostly (ask for a new room). Ate like a king at their restaurant for only $59 Euro for 2 people including bottle of wine, dessert. They gave us complimentary cappuccinos as well. It was an oasis for us. Highly recommend.

They have a Shuttle at the very end of the terminal of Fiumicino airport. Cost 6 € for the driver they said. If arriving late the last one is around 10 PM. Frecuency every 45 min. Taxis in Rome are always trying to charge more to tourists.

Booked this hotel after missing our flight. Overall decent hotel and great breakfast. However trying to work the TV and AC was very difficult. Instructions for both hard to find

HOTEL WAS CONVENIENT TO AIRPORT AND MET MY EXPECTATIONS

daniel a the ront desk was most helpful and the morning we left allesandr helped make sue we were at the correct terminal for air canada

Beautiful, clean modern hotel mintues from the airport. Wonderful, helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to & from the FCO airport.

Very good hotel for overnight stay at Rome airport. Reasonable price and excellent breakfast.

I needed a hotel for 1 night between two longs flights. Was nice and close to the airport with shuttle. the shuttle was very hard to find. once at the hotel it was very clean and comfortable. the buffet breakfast was very nice.

For early flights out of FCO this was a surprising find. Must have been recently remodeled, because every fixture was new. Only trick is that you need to look for the Comfort Inn when looking for the shuttle. Reasonable price. Concorde restaurant was also great. Not what I expected at a modest airport hotel. First shuttle is at 6AM, so make sure to set up your early shuttle if your flight is early.

It was a clean, remodeled hotel near the airport (although directly under the landing path). Shuttle service from the airport does not start until 4 PM (it is area 26, turn right from baggage pick-up and walk about 75 yards). It costs 6 euros per person each way. Shuttle to the airport starts at 6 am. (although you can get a 5 am, or 5:40 shuttle for an extra 2 euros p/p). Breakfast was very good for Italy. About a mile to the left of the hotel is a nice little fishing village with fresh fish restaurants.

Very nice breakfast but room a bit small. All in all a good one or two night stop.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on September 21st. The location is great if you have an early morning flight. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Not a bad hotel for a one night stay. The only complaint is that at the front desk there is a big sign that says "This hotel is 100% smoke free". However, when we walked into our room it stunk of cigarette smoke which we believe was coming through the air conditioner vent. Also - the Hotel is no longer called the Mach2 - but the Best Western Rome Airport.

The name of the hotel has changed which caused some confusion in finding it. Also, even though there is a shuttle from the airport we would have been unable to find it because of the name change. As a result we had a rather expensive taxi ride. We were able to take the shuttle on the return trip. I feel that we should have been informed about this before we travelled. The hotel itself was fine and just what we needed for a last night in Rome before an early morning flight. There is a decent restaurant which we appreciated.

Shuttle from airport was inexpensive and a short drive to hotel. Once we approached the hotel the outside was pleasing. We checked in with friendly faces greeting us. The room was clean and accommodating great for an over nighter and a good nite sleep for a flight out the next day free buffet breakfast was just wonderful!!!!!!!

Clean rooms and a large pool area. The pool area also has large loungers with sun shields.

This hotel is very close to the airport, $6 euros each way. However, if you want to go to the city, the taxi is around 60 euros each way. There is a shuttle from the hotel, but not convenient if you want to tour the city. Staff at the hotel friendly and professional but when confronted about the shuttle, the lady ended up hanging up on the us. Rooms are clean, equipped with a small fridge and coffee/tea maker.

The staff at this hotel is great. When you go by taxi to the airport make sure to ask for the price before hand

The name of the hotel has changed to: Best Western Hotel. Also, you can find the hotel shuttle at no. 26 of the hotel shuttles

Via Portuense, 2465 Fiumicino RM
