Stayed here for a week on a family vacation, and we could not be more pleased! This hotel is in an ideal location- 10 minute walk to Piazza Navona, 15 to St. Peter's Square, 20 to the Pantheon. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. We really appreciated the free smartphone for guests to use, as it really helped us while walking around the city. We only ate in the restaurant one night for dinner, but the food was delicious, and service was excellent.

A lovely hotel in an ideal location - we especially loved the rooftop bar which although it was closed, we could take a bottle of wine and go and sit up there enjoying our drinks. This of course came with the added perk of having the place to ourselves because nobody else was doing it! Stunning sunsets across the city and pure bliss. All staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The room was immaculate and we had an amazing stay :) The only point I could raise is that it was only on the last morning that we realised we could order a breakfast in addition to the buffet - the menu cards are left on the table but we just didn't look at it and it wasn't pointed out (our own silly fault but it would be good to have your attention drawn to it too). Make sure you check out that menu card because the eggs benedict was very tasty and my husband's pancakes looked very nice :)

Lovely hotel, staff - exceptional, very helpful and nothing is to much trouble. Breakfast is lovely with wide range of choices, rooms lovely and location - perfect to all attractions, will definitely return

We stayed in this hotel 4 years ago, during our first visit of Rome: I can say that the hotel is just gorgeous... it's fantastic, with a friendly and helpful staff, and a truly Italian design/interior... both in the common areas, as well as in the rooms. The location is also more than convenient: walking distance to all main touristic attractions of the city, but hiding on a silent and hidden street, just few corners away from the crazy mass of the tourists of Rome. A true gem in Rome! Another really good point that is worth to mention: the rooftop terrace, what makes the hotel even more unique and special.

Wow. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. We stayed here the very last night of a 16 day backpacking trip all over Europe. While we were only in Rome for one day, we decided to splurge on a nice hotel and plan a "night in". We chose this hotel because of the included spa. After checking in (which was very quickly, friendly, and informative) we headed right for the spa. It offers a steam room, sauna, and large floating pool. I was hoping the pool would be more like a hot tub temperature to sooth my aching body after doing so much walking in Italy, but it was rather cold. The spa was still nice to relax in and we were the only people in there. Thinking back, I wish we would have splurged for a massage but oh well. The nice lady at the front desk gave us excellent dinner and gelato recommendations and took the time to understand what we were wanting. The room was huge and very luxurious and we were upgraded to a suite (as IHG Spire Elite members) and our suite included use of the minibar which was wonderful snacks and beverages. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel was spotless, a rarity in Italy in my experience. The location was also great, on a quite street and it was only a about 45 minute taxi ride to the FCO. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat if we get a chance to go back to Rome and do some more exploring.

The hotel is in the old and well conserved street in the city center of Rome and is in walking distance to many sightseeing spots and Vatican. The hotel blends into the street and environment. It is old building from outside but throughly modern, clean and efficient inside. It has all modern amenities, including 24 hours jim. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and with built-in safe and good amenities for the bathroom. Guests can bring mobile phone in their room outside and make free domestic and international calls, and use data free, great innovative feature. Hotel reception and staffs are very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. They can recommend nice neighborhood restaurants. Breakfast is great. It has extensive buffet prepared with great care and reflecting local cuisine. It even includes sparkling wine. The view from the rooftop terrace, looking over the old town of Rome and Vatican is great All in all excellent hotel with personal touch. Most highly recommended.

We stayed here in November 2017 for 6 nights, and we loved it. The location is beyond compare - within walking distance to the Vatican, shops, and restaurants. Our room was nice, but on the smaller side (understandable for such a historic location). We truly enjoyed the rooftop terrace, particularly at sunset with the view of St Peters Basilica. The staff were friendly and eager to assist with any reservations. The smartphone that is available with the room was appreciated - we used ours to navigate around Rome. There is a very nice restaurant and bar area off the lobby that we enjoyed. I wished we could have stayed longer! Many thanks to the excellent staff for making our stay memorable. We will definitely return on our next trip to Rome.

Just back from a weekend break in Rome. Stayed at the hotel indigo and from the outset it was awesome. Both myself and my wife stay in hotels across Europe with work and some just for pleasure so are used to a variety of hotels. First night the bar manager Claudia made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Room was big, clean and home from home. Restaurants, .... a lot of local restaurants are geared up for typical tourists and lots of pizza and chips, lasagne and chips....!!!? The restaurant at the hotel indigo was stunning, amazing food, lobster spaghetti and fillet steak are the best. Having seen the Vatican and the collesium we probably wouldn't rush back to Rome as it's a lot dirtier and noisy than in was on our last visits many years ago, but if we did, we would only stay at the hotel indigo. Lovely people, great courtyard and stunning rooftop terrace.

From the minute you walk down the cobbled road towards the hotel you already get the feeling you are coming up to something special. And indeed what a special hotel! Immaculately preserved. Rooms are so clean ( i even checked on top of picture frames for dust as i have heavy alergy to dust but not a sign!) Well done housekeeping! Reception was soo welcoming and informative during stay and before arrival. Breakfast was amazing. Huge selection. Very healthy. Staff very friendly and 'cheerful' at that time of the day! Spa/baths in the hotel was very relaxing and very clean. Lobby was very decorative and stylish. Very cosy! Overall perfect hotel. Well done to the team and general managers who keep such a gem to IHG / Indigo standards. 10/10

I decided to stay here on a trip to Rome with a friend as our boys were in Rome playing soccer. This is hands down just a great little hotel. The service is outstanding, the rooms are well appointed with care to every detail. We didn't partake in the spa but we did some sessions in the little hotel bar which was great fun. Breakfast is great as well. The central location couldn't be better as we were a very short walk to St Peters and the Vatican and, while a tad bit longer, its an easy walk to the Colosseum, Forum, etc., as well. As an aside, if you're interested in some guided tours, I'd recommend downloading the free Rick Steve's audio tours of many of the main sites in Rome.
