Restored terrazzo tiles and new ones enrich both the kitchen and bathrooms. The custom-designed kitchen opens onto the terrace and living room, maintaining harmony through sliding glass doors.



The bathrooms, with their retro-modern style, combine Grandinetti tiles, hand-painted French artwork, and custom iron details. A hidden utility closet houses a washer and dryer.
