Very well located. The breakfast its simple but good. The showers are cruise ship size. Good water pressure. No conditioner just shampoo and body wash. Some staff were very nice, others were ok. The beds are not the best. But the location its worth it.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great…only “steps” from the Spanish Steps and maybe 5 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. This is a lovely little hotel. Great location at the top of the Spanish Steps, clean comfortable and warm room (it's January so thats a good thing). Friendly reception with a real person on duty all day. Nice breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
