I loved my stay and would recommend to anyone, so fantastic
Nice hotel, not in city center, but close to shopping and restaurants. They claimed more than they really offered. The a/c worked great and the room was clean. All the staff except one was nice and helpful. Overall, I would recommend it, but do not expect all the amenities advertised.
Hotel was near public transportation which made it easy for first-timers to navigate through the city. All staff were helpful and accommodating - very friendly and welcoming. Staff spoke English and helped navigate the city as well as provide recommendations. WiFi was pretty bad but the room and rest of the hotel was very clean.
Decent hotel and near to Roma Termini railway. Breakfast was decent enough. Forgot to take a note of receptionist, he was exceptionally good. He explained the neighborhood, suggested few restaurants nearby and answered all the questions that we had.
Our stay was pleasant, the facility is clean and quiet, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Close to the metro, rooms larger than US hotels, great restaurants nearby, police sub-station across the street, and the price was great. Oh, the AC in the room was ice cold!
This hotel was a pleasant surprise to us. I am so glad we booked it. It is directly opposite a police station and close enough to then us and train stations. We were 3 of us so it made perfect sense to use the taxi service which were always there by 3 minutes after the call. Absolutely great hotel!
Friendly, helpful staff who coached us on how to see the "real" Rome. They made our transportation reservations and even opened the breakfast area 15 minutes early so we could grab a bite before heading out a 7am. What a delicious mix of pastry, cereal, cold cuts and juices. There was also a coffee machine making everything from lattes to hot chocolate. The room was clean and comfortable and the area was quiet and helped us get some much needed rest after a long day walking Rome. The hotel is near a Metro stop which the front desk clerk coached us on using.
We arrived and was so pleased with our room. The hotel was clean and modern. Staff were very helpful and it was nice that they were there 24 hours a day.
