The property is nice and staff is very attentive and helpful, we stayed in the supreme room which is just a basic hotel room but it did have a nice balcony. I requested for my room to be serviced but they only made the bed and did not replace any towels. The location is only steps from the Pantheon, great restaurants, market and the taxi stand is on the corner.

Anyone calling this property luxury suites is committing fraud. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had traveling. The entry was many levels and complicated. The room was bare the bathroom had mold on the floor and walls. Expedia needs to rid themselves of this listing. It’s an embarrassment. This guys idea of luxury is coffee and a Twinkie. If I could have found another hotel at that late of date we absolutely would have walked that property. Just awful!

We had a wonderful stay with Simon and Francesca. They were so helpful arranging transfers for us from the airport to the hotel. The breakfast was very good from the cafe across the street. The room was very comfortable with a refresh every day. They restocked coffee pods and bottled water left in the mini fridge daily. Nice bath room space and we loved the little balcony space.
