So close but just not there yet

The apartment is in a great location and is big/spacious. The process of entering the complex as well as the apartment itself, is difficult. You will need good cell signal. The air conditioning works, leaks and is only in the two bedrooms. Need fans. Communication is not great. Through VRBO you are communicating with Clean BNB headquarters, then you have to email their local Team Roma. Too many steps when the air conditioning unit is pouring out water, which was a known issue based on reviews left on other rental sites and the wood floor condition. Maintenance came and temporarily fixed issue.
