While we were there (Feb 2020) the hotel was undergoing extensive renovations. The staff made every effort for the work to be unobtrusive, but we were somewhat impacted (elevator service interrupted, work starting at 0800). The location is superb and the staff excellent.

Location was ideal. Trendy, transitional area, not high-end but good. Quick access to restaurants and shops. The room I stayed in was ajoined to the hotel property, I believe an apartment building converted to hotel rooms. The room was labelled "Apartment #". Access to the room was through a separate entrance not the main hotel entrance. The shower was in the bedroom. Yes.. the bedroom . But the vanity-toilet room looks new/recently remodelled. Maintenance could not get the heat/air unit in my room to work correctly. Luckily for me the weather wasnt too cold. Room has older furniture. The room was small but that's expected in Europe. Definitely not four star look or feel.

The hotel was perfectly located walking distance from many tourists stops. It is a small hotel with fairly small rooms, but it has everything that’s needed breakfast included.

Staff was fluent in English which made communication easy. Staff was always professional & friendly. Will be staying here again on my next trip to Rome.

The staff at the front desk was exceptional! Especially Elsa and Corelina. The location was great with a short walk to the Coliseum. The room was very small but I was traveling solo so it was not that much of an inconvenience. Overall a good place to stay.

Neighborhood was cool, close to colosseum. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was good and the staff was a little friendly the only thing I didn’t like was my TV wasn’t working at all. I told the front desk they sent a person but he couldn’t get it to work at all. They didn’t even offer to moves us from the room. If you pay for a room with all amenities I expect every thing to work. The lack of service was not good at all.

Really great location in the heart of the Monti area. Super quiet and very friendly staff. Updated room and bathroom. Really great breakfast buffet to get the day started.

Perfect location! Would stay again on my next visit.

A very nice hotel, good location, friendly staff, breakfast was great

The hotel is walking distance from the Colosseum. I checked in and went to my room and had an issue with the pipe from the toilet leaking causing the bathroom floor to flood. I was moved to a different room for a day and moved into a similar size room as booked the next day. While entering that room it had a cigarette smell and the carpets were stained. I made mention of that but nothing was done.

The location was great! The facilities were nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was always helpful and courteous.

Location close to Colliseum, trains and cute restaurants. Room was large and quiet. Only ate breakfast one day and it was exceptionally nice. Staff helped us with finding location for meeting tours. They also made phone calls for us. It’s a great place to stay.

I hate leaving bad reviews but the the pictures look nothing like what the actuall room looks like. It's an extremely outdated hotel that had actual keys as the key to the room and you have to give it to the front desk when you leave for the day then pick it up again when you get back. Bizarre. The view from the room was beautiful but the room itself was very outdated. Staff was nice and friendly. Location is great.

I enjoyed my stay, staff was really helpful. Would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. It’s a block away from the colosseum.

Very convenient location for walking to many attractions, restaurants and shopping. Clean and comfortable, but go to a cafe for good coffee.

Great overall service and experience. Very cozy and located in the heart of Rome!!

the staff was great as was the room. Loved being able to walk to the Colloseum, the forum, Spainish Steps and Trevi Fountain...

Great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful
