Really great location in the heart of the Monti area. Super quiet and very friendly staff. Updated room and bathroom. Really great breakfast buffet to get the day started.

Perfect location! Would stay again on my next visit.

A very nice hotel, good location, friendly staff, breakfast was great

The hotel is walking distance from the Colosseum. I checked in and went to my room and had an issue with the pipe from the toilet leaking causing the bathroom floor to flood. I was moved to a different room for a day and moved into a similar size room as booked the next day. While entering that room it had a cigarette smell and the carpets were stained. I made mention of that but nothing was done.

The location was great! The facilities were nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was always helpful and courteous.

Location close to Colliseum, trains and cute restaurants. Room was large and quiet. Only ate breakfast one day and it was exceptionally nice. Staff helped us with finding location for meeting tours. They also made phone calls for us. It’s a great place to stay.

I hate leaving bad reviews but the the pictures look nothing like what the actuall room looks like. It's an extremely outdated hotel that had actual keys as the key to the room and you have to give it to the front desk when you leave for the day then pick it up again when you get back. Bizarre. The view from the room was beautiful but the room itself was very outdated. Staff was nice and friendly. Location is great.

I enjoyed my stay, staff was really helpful. Would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. It’s a block away from the colosseum.

Very convenient location for walking to many attractions, restaurants and shopping. Clean and comfortable, but go to a cafe for good coffee.

Great overall service and experience. Very cozy and located in the heart of Rome!!

the staff was great as was the room. Loved being able to walk to the Colloseum, the forum, Spainish Steps and Trevi Fountain...

Great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful

My husband and I spent 5 days in Rome and this hotel was recommended by his conference organizers. It was just perfect for us. Great location, clean and comfortable room (small but good enough for a couple), helpful and amicable staff, simple but good breakfast (even though I was kind of surprised it was not included in our stay - booked through orbitz). Our room was in the annex building, which didn't bother us, unless for the fact that there was a small set of stairs that we had to "endure" after all the walking and wine drinking during the day. WiFi and Air conditioning working properly made it good again.

We just arrived next week from Roma We stay 5 nights in this hotel , it was a perfect choice very clean very good breakfast near the colosum center all the cafe shops are around , the rooms a little bit small but no matter . I recommend it to all those how plan a vacation in Rome.

Very good hotel and staff took great care of me. Angelo is amazing made me feel welcome.

We stayed at Duca d Alba before and after a cruise - a total of four nights. The hotel is small, but the rooms are very clean. Bathrooms are very clean. Free breakfast was excellent and meets the needs of adults and kids. The area around the hotel is residential and small business. Safe to walk around at night. Close to several good restaurants. My only suggestion is that they have some more information for tourists other than a map of Rome. I would stay there again

I was expecting a small room but this was quite tight. I was also in an annex building which was fine, but unexpected. Felt more like a small studio apartment than staying at a hotel which i kind of liked.

It was next to restaurants! 2 blocks from Colosseum and a block from Metro station! Breakfast was delicious!!

The Hotel Staff were very helpful with any questions we had. There's a Metro stop just yards from the hotel. We regret not exploring the Metro system much sooner than we did. It's extremely efficient and quite safe contrary to what you read. I highly recommend anyone considering to take the Metro or Public Transportation to purchase the Roma Pass to save money. This particular hotel is centrally located to some major sights.

The location was fantastic and the staff was very polite. The rooms were small, which I expect in a hotel in the center of Rome. Our room was very dark although also quiet. Breakfast was good, coffee was not great. Overall, I would say I recommend because it was clean and centrally located.
