Welcome to the Atelier dello Statuto, an ideal location for a stay in Rome in total comfort, a few steps from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, and a few minutes from the Vittorio Emanuele Metro station and the Termini central station.



The vaulted brick ceilings, a welcoming terrace for spring breakfasts and lunches, the paintings and works of the owner Patrizia, will welcome you warmly in this crossroads of history and contemporaneity. We'll take care of the rest!



We are located in the heart of Rome, in the historic center, but also well connected to the city's main way of transport.

Walking along Via dello Statuto, known for Regoli, a very famous pastry shop that produces Maritozzi romani every day, you will reach the Roman Forum and the Colosseum in just a few minutes.



Atelier dello Statuto has just been renovated, maintaining the historicity of the spaces and walls (such as the brick vault), but furnished in a modern key. The touch of personalization are the works of Patrizia, the owner, who occasionally adds her mark to the interior.



The apartment consists of a large living room with open kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and to complete a comfortable terrace!



Bath towels and courtesy kit are available for free for guests. Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning, washing machine, smart TV are just some of the amenities of this very special accommodation.

Great apt in Rome, walking distance to the Colosseum and Roman Forum, 25 min cab to the Vatican (Pantheon, Trevor Fountain,etc). Plenty of places to eat nearby, center of Rome is perfect. The staff was great, they are extremely accommodating, communication was great, zero issues. We brought our family of 4, two small kids 6 and 8, and had plenty of room. Great experience. Small complaints that didn’t really affect us too much is that the main bed was a little uncomfortable and the balcony is in the center of the building looking at windows and a roof (zero view). We didn’t really use the balcony, but if that’s something that interests you, this is not the place. Again, small things, the rest was fantastic, would love to stay here again!

Communication was sporadic, the floor was very dirty, we used a couple of glasses and plates but the cork screw needs instructions, that was a disappointing fail, no laundry soap for the one small load that we did, tried to ask about that but ended up buying our own, the stove hood fan just vents out above the cupboards, there is mould above that and in the bathroom, you can’t see outside, all windows look out onto dirty towering courtyards, the picture of the balcony advertised is not real at all, the only saving grace were the clean sheets. We will not be back.
