Check in went great. The staff was very friendly. You can tell they are upgrading the rooms and they look great. However, there was no hot water. It was warmer than freezing, but not hot enough to be warm. I would suggest you remove the debris from the property to clean up the area. The breakfast is small but adequate. Overall the room was was adequate for what we needed.

$143 per night did not measure up to other hotels in the area. Hotels.com did not vet this place. I got a room for my granddaughter and great grand kids, the first room they got was so filthy and unprepared it was obvious the room was some crack room. The second room was also filthy with a hole in the wall and a door that was completely unsecure. The final room didn't have a heater/ac that was connected and no room phone. I will neither use this hotel nor Hotels.com at any point in the future. You treated my little granddaughter like a dog for a phenominal price.Abysmal place and hotel company that booked it.
