This hotel fits the bill for a reasonable, clean room. Nice stay!

OK, just need to have a clerk available in the morning.

We have used this facility multiple times and have not had any bad experiences. Good value for the dollar, good location for us, very well maintained and clean.

My stay was brief but pleasant. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean. I would have like a few more amenities such as shampoo/condittioner, a book/binder that talks about what the hotel offers. I was not a fan of the grab n go breakfast. I felt it was inadequate and more could have been offered.

We have stayed multiple time at this location. Only complaint is the front desk clerk was slow to getting to us when we arrived. We were the only customers at the desk. It gave us the impression that we were not a priority. We did enjoy the new 'snack basket ' that was available to guests and the take and go breakfast as well.

Staff were very friendly and cheerful. The location was convenient to a Super Target to shop for groceries. I was able to get in a 6 mile run with mostly sidewalk access. The wifi worked without technical difficulty. The grab and go breakfast was easy and quick. The only difficulty for me with this hotel was that it was very easy to hear a phone conversation in the room below me. I don't know whether this was due to poor sound insulation or a particularly loud person.

wanted to check out the place knowing I need to come back to Rochcester in the future. Not a bad place....if you go directly through the hotel! with all the deals Or has ...It was cheaper to go through the hotel!!!!!!! It was my first time to us Or and will be the last!

The hotel is a little hard to get to if you don't print directions. You can see it from the highway but can't figure out how to get to it right away. The room was very clean and comfortable. Love the kitchenette. No free food but I would rather make my own anyway. Staff was never too busy to help when we needed a extra blanket or pillow and was friendly whenever we passed but the desk. The place has dated decor but i'd rather have clean than fancy. We stayed 3 days without any problems found.

Great room. The kitchenette was great to have during my two week stay.

Stayed there for 2 nights for a wedding. It desperately needs new BEDS. Ours was hard as a rock that had to go buy foam padding to get any sleep at all. The use of the full size fridge and the sink was great to cook some easy meals.

We traveled to Rochester to watch our daughters softball team play for the National Title. The rooms were ok. Beds were really hard and rooms smelled a little musty. Smells were covered up by Fabreze. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very spacious and well equipped, but it was supposed to be a non-smoking room and you could tell that it had cigarette smoke odor. If you stay here, insist that you DO NOT get a room on the third floor, because that is where the smoking rooms are. There were also three ashtrays in the room - Non-Smoking?????

Comfortable and convenient for trip to Mayo Clinic - they have an early morning shuttle to Mayo but we did not need it. The only things to be aware of is that they do not staff their front desk overnight so there was no way to get a wake-up call and in the morning we did not know for sure of the appropriate way to check out so we left our keys in the room. Good and clean accommodations for a very reasonable price and would stay there again.

The room was very clean. We've never stayed at a ESA before and were a bit surprised by the "stripped down" staffing, but we had a problem with the alarm clock and the desk worker was very helpful in finding us a new one. The entrance is a bit tricky to find off of the highway. It was a very functional hotel and very nice for the price.

THE ROOM WAS SPOTLESS,THE STAFF VERY HELPFUL.

Fair overall.

Clean room with kitchen, good value for the money.

Hotel was VERY clean. It was also quiet. Wonderful restaurant down the road in the office complex (sits above a little lake). Kitchen with stove, refrig, coffee maker....everything you could ask for. Only stayed one night, but definitely would stay there again. Also...easy to get to Mayo Clinic.

We were going to stay her while moving across country. We had problems with our truck and called [...] to move our stay back a day. [...]The hotel seemed very eager and that changing the date was not a problem, come to find out that the date never got changed, we were listed as a no show the night before and had no reservations on the correct night at our hotel. Very displeased all around with [...] and hotel reservations. WOuld not use again or recommend to a friend.

Our hotel experience at ESA South was what we expected for the price we paid. The heater in our room was very noisy. The room itself was clean and ok for a nights stay. I wouldnt want to stay here for an extended stay.
