The staff was courteous. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Pool area looked very nice. The room was run down, smelled musty, and there was visible grime in the bathroom floor corners. Overall would rather avoid this hotel until they renovate the rooms.

Unfortunately the room next to me was occupied by a family seemed to be about 3-4 kids who yelled and slammed doors to early morning hours. I called to complain but it didn’t stop. Not the hotels fault but they did nothing to stop it.

Nice hotel for the most part, however I didn’t need them to come clean each day but I did ask the front desk and the maids for fresh towels. I did not get them. At the hot tub it seems that the children are allowed to use the hot tub, not just one but they sort of took it over. So a little disappointed with that.

Pros and Cons

Front desk staff and maintaince worker were amazing. My door wouldnt lock and it was fixed within an hour. I needed to ad a day and they were extremely helpful. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. I did not hear from housekeeping except for when I asked for towels and a trash bag. The shower began to not drain by the end of our stay. The bathroom was a little rundown and needs refurbished.

Upon a late check in at 11pm the process took much longer than it should have because the front desk attendant was playing games on his phone rather than setting it aside to keep the check in moving quickly. Wasn’t great service considering we were tired and had small kids waiting in the car to go to bed.

Wifi was terrible, I stayed for around 12 days and wifi was working not more than 5% of the time, the front desk guys said there was a ticket opened and no estimated time to solve, so far not solved during my stay. If I were aware of this issue I didn't book at this hotel. Wifi was a key for my travel.

The water area was disgusting. We will never ever stay here again! We used to come here years ago to stay and it was decent and clean but it was so run down. Half of all the water pool toys didnt work. And they dont clean or test the pool. When we woke up in the morning even before we checked out the pool areas looked like someone partied out there all night. Dirty towels everywhere. Rust and dirt in the pool.

Front desk service was great, clean room, comfortable bed, fast internet connection, enjoyed the pool and hot tub facilities. Very nice breakfast and gathering areas for guests. Highly recommended!

The hotel was nice. I had the executive queen. Nice and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom is a little outdated, but clean.

We stayed for a dance competition and the hotel was packed! The staff did a great job keeping on top of things and maintaining the hotel during this busy weekend. Our room could have been cleaner but overall it did its job and no complaints
