"We have stayed here in the past and this visit noticed that it was dirtier- they did have a large convention that ended as we were arriving so that is probably why. The pool was very dirty- hair and bandaids everywhere, towels were all gone, trash overflowing. The room we booked was not ready when we checked in so they put us in a different room that didn't have a bath tub so we realized that later and ended up having to move rooms. They need to have more luggage carts- there are never any available in the lobby area. We normally look forward to staying here but the trolley was not running either due the event. I wish they would let guests know if there is a big event before their stay is booked because we would have stayed somewhere else to avoid the chaos. "
