For the price, this was a very good stay. The property is nice and is clearly being remodeled and improved. Our room was also nice and you could tell it had been remodeled. The price was very reasonable. I was not interested in the free breakfast due to the options, but we found a great little coffee shop

Good pricing with good accommodations. Beds were comfy and suite was spacious. Amenities were nice, there is an outdoor movie theater but I was not able to locate a schedule or what movies would be playing or when. There is a secret "speakeasy" which was neat. The bads tho; we rented a suite with a sofa bed for people that needed to sleep on it. There was absolutely no bedding. There was no one working at the lodge all day because it was a holiday. I get maybe limited staff but every hotel that's open at least has someone. I messaged and was told that this would be a top priority first thing in the morning. Three days later as we are checking out, there is still no bedding. Some priority! The tub also held water so you're taking a shower in inches of water which I most certainly did not enjoy. There was also an almost constant clicking noise reminiscent of a leaky dripping faucet but we could not find what it was that made noise all day and all night. Would I stay here again despite this? Maybe. Because the room was nice with no bugs and the lodge grounds and amenities are nice.

The resort employees were nice and the place had a good vibe to it. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working and that's a feature I was looking forward to using. Also the water in the shower was lukewarm at best. I did call the front desk to see if they could make it hot and a maintenance guy went up and supposedly adjusted the water heater from medium to high but the water in my room never got hotter over my stay which was not good. And there's mold in the bathroom grout and the shower curtain was dirty. I did get a replacement on my first day for this shower curtain.

Our room was extremely unkempt. The sheets were dingy, the comforter had several yellow stains, and there were bugs and dirt in the corners of the room. We also found miscellaneous debris under the bathroom cabinet. Very disappointing experience, ad we expected much better cleanliness for the hype received via emails from NEW management!

Arrived to a closed office and a non-working phone app to open door was stuck outside for a considerable amount of time, wife went to the office to get a key card the next morning and when that was tried it didn't work, come to find out the lock was the problem. House keeping consisted of picking up towels and emptying the trash can, the bed was made up once and the sheets were never changed. The toilet was broken and we had to fix it ourselves and it was never cleaned. The heater did not work, this place is old and run down nothing like it shows in the pictures, ghetto all the way, the "scenic balcony" had a wonderful view of a big propane tank,had to go ask for more toilet paper, I can't imagine a place worse than this!

The property is huge, and on the quiet side of the town. There are many amenities, but unfortunately we couldn't explore any since we were out everyday during our stay. The rooms looked newly renovated and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Overall a very cute property, a few cosmetic things need to be tended to. The LVP flooring was coming up in our room and we frequently stubbed toes because of it, we did mention that to the staff. But the shower was also pretty run down, and water pressure and temperature we not great. Also would have loved to know that the hot tub was out of order before I dipped my toes in. I would stay here again and we are considering an event in this location.
