Pool closed. Winter. Very friendly to my little old terrier, and have handy dispensers to help me clean after her. Best place I've stayed in years, esp in this touristy area.

Staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is they air be turned on before guests arrive. There was a bit of a "musty" odor, but I usually have a can of air freshener so it was not a huge deal. Overall it is a cozy little place we'd definitely stay again.

The two-night accommodation offered a comfortable bed; however, the pillows could be enhanced to better accommodate individual preferences, as they were perceived as too flat. The recently renovated room was spacious, including a generously sized balcony. Additionally, the shower provided excellent water pressure and temperature regulation.

Best kept secret!

This place is an absolute delight! We've stayed in Townsend 10+ years (houses always with our large family) but we're now empty nesters and grabbed this place on whim. It has everything you'd need to enjoy the area and we'll absolutely be back!

I loved how quiet everything was. It was so peaceful and laid back. I also loved how convenient it was to Cades cove. The only thing I didn’t like was how we went down to the pool around 8:15 and the worker came in right when we were about to get in it and said it was closed. When the sign said 9pm. Other than that we loved it!

Talley Ho was a nice place. It is a bit dated but they are in the process of remodeling. It is close to the hiking trailheads that we went on and there are dining places nearby. It would be nice if they provided some type of breakfast on site. The pool was nice and the area outside our patio was a beautiful view of the mountains. We would stay here again!

Quiet.

This is a nice motel that is being updated. The staff is extremely friendly. This motel is located within walking distance of multiple restaurants and tubing places.

One of the clerks at the hotel was friends with a group that were staying there. The ladies were foul mouthed and vulgar in front of my grand children. Videos were showed and she allowed them to continue to harass visitors.

So the sign on the pool says it’s open until 10pm but the staff made us get out at 9pm. They either need to take down the hours on the pool or tell people at check in that the pool closes at 9pm. Our tub didn’t drain very well. We had to continually empty the air dehumidifier in the room. This was not disclosed at check in either.
