Things to know
• We love this place—and we think you will too—but it comes with a few mountain quirks:
The floors may creak (she’s got character!)
• You might hear your neighbors (the walls are thin, so bring headphones if you’re a light sleeper)
• Expect the occasional ladybug—welcome to the Smokies
• WiFi and cell service can be a little moody out here
• While we would love to welcome everyone, our lodge’s unique design includes stairs and no elevators, making it not wheelchair accessible. In addition, the property may not be suitable for children under 12 due to its setting. We appreciate your understanding.

As much as we love our furry friends, this property is pet-free. If a pet is found on-site, a $200 fee will be charged and your stay may be ended early without refund.

We want all our guests to have a restful experience. Any noise complaints or visits from law enforcement will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund—no exceptions.

Cell service and WiFi may be slower out here—it’s all part of the mountain charm. Bring a good book or download your favorite shows just in case.
