Quality Inn Andrews

2.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Adequate accomodations for our visit in Asheville. Originally scheduled for two nights but adjusted after deciding to return home a different route.

Sometimes it pays to pay more....Our sleep was awful. The heating/air conditioning unit was so noisy and made such alternating sounds that we turned it off until we got too warm and had to turn it back on. The bathroom shower (handicapped) sprayed water all over the floor when turned on because there’s a hand wand that was pointed outside the shower, and no instructions on how to operate the multi-handle shower. The shower tiles were old and while the shower was clean, it needs new caulking and TLC. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast and breakfast area were nice. The staff was wonderful - I hate writing a poor review, but the owners need to spend some money on the hotel to make it more comfortable for their guests.

Bed was hard but the room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly

Didn't have my reservation made 5 months prior and highly inconvenienced me. They blamed it on orbitz. Geez

The stay was nice,it was also clean & quite...the wifi wasn't so good, but other than that it was nice.

We booked this hotel based on location to Tail of the Dragon. While Andrews is a small town, Quality Inn delivers big comfort. The room was fantastic and very comfortable after driving our sport bikes all day. The free breakfast was perfect, coffee, waffles and some yogurt. There was more but that's what I ate. Just a perfect hotel in the middle of the country.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very nice for the price. Nice little country town

I really enjoyed my stay. Next time I will plan on using the grill and gazebo behind the hotel that is right next to a river. Very picturesque. And pet friendly!

First time staying at this hotel - the only choice in town. Room was very clean and updated. Staff was very nice.

A nicely decorated, very clean motel in a pretty location. One of the least expensive in the vicinity and one of the nicest. Cute little gazebo, volleyball court, basketball hoop and expansive lawn add to the ambiance. Cookies and coffee in the afternoon and decent continental breakfast. Ask for a room on the south side for best view and quietest location. Highly recommended.

We revisited the Nanatahala Gorge on a mini-vacation. The location of the motel made it easy for us to get to all the "to-do" activities in that area. The fresh-baked cookies each afternoon were a real plus!!

There was a room having a party that was near mine, and they moved me to the other side of the hotel and I got a great nights sleep. They were very accomodating and gave me great directions to local activities.
