the reservation was fully paid for two rooms under my credit card( except for resort fee), front desk staff refused to release the second room to me, and even stated that , the hotel would charge a “no-show” fee for the second room—which I had already paid for if the other person not physically be present.

Terrific - We will be back.

Staff was great, very clean room, A/C worked fine and didn't use the gym. The food choices were great in the Food Hall and portions were not skimpy. A Breakast Buffet is served in the Brew Brothers Restaurant on the main floor. All in all we loved it. We are 75 year old seniors, drove 7 hours to get there and will be back.
