This is a very modern hotel. The room was small, but comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The front desk staff was friendly, but the desk was sometimes understaffed. The drawbacks of the hotel were that it was in a somewhat tough neighborhood, about a 20 minute or so walk from the city center (not ...

Great rooms. There is no hotel like this in the world. It was Fiat factory and it turned into mega hotel/shopping center. You will experience something different than conventional hotels. I loved it.
Great staff and good accommodations. Central location and very walkable. Hotel staff is pleasant and helpful.
Excellent hotel!great staff, facilities, and comfort. We loved everything about the hotel. Great location as well.
The room was a tad on the small side, and the fridge was not very cold, but we had no issues with the bathroom. The location is decent, just two blocks away from Porta Nuova. The immediate area surrounding the hotel is not the nicest part of Turin, but it didn't feel dangerous. We enjoyed the free breakfast each morning. The hotel staff let us leave our luggage after check out. Wifi wasn't free. Overall, it's a good value for the money. I know another hotel in the area (Mercure or Mercury something) has a bed bug problem!
