My friends and I stayed here in July 2025. We had the best service! Kevin was very attentive to our needs when we checked in. He was very kind and always checked in with us to make sure our stay was perfect. We had great servers at the restaurants and bars also. The beach was clean and the entertainment was awesome!

Very clean room. Beach was beautiful, service was great. The beds are clean and comfy. The pool and other amenities are well kept.lots of shows and activities to keep u busy. Lots of loungers and places to sit, especially if you do the privilege upgrade. All the food was amazing. The desserts could use work but I can’t complain because everything else was so good. Lots of variety. Staff are so unbelievably friendly & be prepared to tip, not because you have to but because you’ll want to. Overall so happy we chose to have our honeymoon here and will 100% be back again.

What can I say? The resort was beautiful. I was lucky to see rain only one day. The beach was quiet and relaxing with regular service, especially by Jesus manning the Privilege beach and making sure the cups never went empty. Rooms were serviced multiple times a day and restocked. The food was great and I enjoyed the multiple options available. Bar staff were always fast and made the best drinks (Diego & Jorge). At the end of the day any resort is only going to be as good as their staff. The heart and soul of this resort is clearly Kenddell and his experiences team. The programs were phenomenal and differentiate this resort in ways that others don’t. There’s enough variety to do whatever you want and to never be bored. The energy, positivity and kindness Kenddell brings is unparalleled, I’ll definitely be back if only for that.

I did a tour for from the recommended staff member from a outside company they had on site. This company lied about one of the stores having authentic jewelry/silver. When I questioned them Max the man I spoke to highly praised them and said everything was real. Same at the store that they took us to in Puerto Morelos. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Overall, the stay was a bit disapointing. There is a beach with fine sand and a beautiful sea - but there are constructions on that beach, plus access is on the side of the hotel, not in front of it. The room had an issue with leaking water in the bathroom. It took 2 days to get it fixed properly. The documentation provided at checkin was lacking. Food at the Blue Moon was good; less so at the buffet. We were promised a free wine bottle at checkin, we had to ask for it four time before getting it. On the bright side, the room was clean and the staff friendly.

From check-in to check-out, the staff worked to ensure we and all the other guests had an enjoyable vacation.
