Horrible Customer service, dirty room service the floors were dirty, the ac unit in the room wasn’t working properly and the owner refused to fix the issue and he expected me to stay in the room that must of 100 degrees and wait until it cooled down outside so I could finally enjoy my stay! He expected me to stay in the hot room! I could have had a heat stroke or something! I will not tolerate this kind of treatment! I checked out soon and the manager refused to give me my money back of $83 dollars, he did give me my deposit back but not the money I paid for the room, since I didn’t stay the night I literally checked in and checked out 30 mins later I waited to see if the a/c unit would freshen up the room and it didn’t it was still the same temperature! How can you have a business and manage it so poorly … this is the second time I’ve seen this type of incident happen at the sands motel! This building needs to be shut down when management isn’t capable of maintaining a safe, secure space for people who are paying for there services
