House Black Forest

This is a duplex appartment. On the ground floor there is a corridor, a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet, a large kitchen and a living room with fireplace and stairs to the upper floor, which consists of a large elongated well lit room with sloping roof. It contains a workplace, a single bed with wardrobe and, after a room divider, a double bed and a large sideboard. The appartment is very generously laid out. Outside there is a seating area where you can also have a barbecue. The environment is very quiet.

At the beginning of the rental period, a visitor's tax is levied (see under "Total price, paid in the property"), which allows, among other things, free use of public transport up to Karlsruhe, Basel and Erzingen. In the case of a commercial stay, the tourist tax is waived.

A beautiful place in rural Black Forest

This property was more than I could have hoped for. It had plenty of room, with everything that we needed. The host was very helpful and the place was immaculate It was close to hiking locally and close enough to charming towns by the Rhine river. Really close to the Swiss border too.

Es war sehr schön! Die Begrüßung durch unseren Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und er hat auch gute Tipps gegeben. Wir fanden eine saubere Wohnung vor in der nichts fehlte und wo wir uns für die Urlaubszeit sehr wohl fühlten.Wir können diese Fewo für einen Aufenthalt im schönen Schwarzwald nur sehr empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Auszeit

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Auszeit. Die Umgebung bietet sich zum wandern an. Stöcke sind dabei eine gute Unterstützung. Je nach Wetterlage hat man einen guten Blick bis in die Alpenkette. Wir hatten hier eine wunderschöne Zeit. In der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche, konnten wir uns leckere Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Am Abend sorgte der Kamin für gemütliche Stunden. Das WLAN war nur sehr schlecht zu vorhanden, dienstlich nicht zu gebrauchen. Da wir explizit eine Unterkunft mit Arbeitsplatz gesucht hatten, war das doch eine böse Überraschung, ansonsten fehlte es an nichts. (Putzmittel, Backpapier,Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle etc., etc. alles vorhanden) Wir haben die Ruhe, das Haus und die Landschaft sehr genossen. Herr Steffen war sehr freundlich und teilte mit,dass in Kürze neue Internetleitungen verlegt werden. Dankeschön und alles Gute!

Sehr schöner Urlaub im Südschwarzwald

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders die Küche (Tipp: Kaffeebohnen oder Filterkaffee, Öl und Gewürze mitbringen). Herr Steffen war ein toller Gastgeber - er hat uns für unser Baby sogar ein Bett, einen Hochstuhl und einen kleinen Laufstall bereitgestellt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und schönen Umgebung, Wanderwege sind schnell zu erreichen.

Das Haus hat eine ruhige Lage, ist sehr schön, ist sauber und hat alles, was ein Haushalt braucht, um sich selber zu verpflegen. In dem Bauernhaus war alles vorhanden. Die Gastfreundschaft, Verständigung mit dem Hausherren war sehr gut wie der Aufenthalt auch. PS: das Haus ist hinsichtlich unserer Erfahrung sehr zu empfehlen.

Positive Erfahrung - großzügige Räume zum Wohlfühlen

Erfreut hat uns der farbige Blumenstrauß und Begrüßungsgetränke auf dem Tisch. Die Wohnung ist schön und sehr geräumig, über zwei Etagen. Sowohl in der Küchenausstattung als auch sonst fehlt es an gar nichts - alles ist neu und hochwertig. Wir haben gestaunt, wie durchdacht und praktisch alles angeordnet ist. Man hat einen eigenen Hauseingang. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, wie die ganze Umgebung. Wir haben Herrn Steffen als liebenswerten Mensch kennengelernt. Und auch sein Pferd Carlos - das haben wir besonders ins Herz geschlossen. Kommen gern wieder.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in wunderschöner Natur.

Das Haus mit der großen, sehr sauberen Ferienwohnung, liegt in einer ländlicher Umgebung. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut, mit allem was man benötigt, ausgestattet. Kaffeemaschine und zusätzlich noch ein Kaffeeautomat. Große Küche mit viel Geschirr, Besteck und allem was man zum Kochen, Braten und Backen benötigt. Der Vermieter Herr Steffen ist sehr freundlich und auch sehr bemüht, dass es den Gästen in seiner Ferienwohnung gut geht und sie sich dort wohl fühlen. Wir haben uns dort sehr willkommen gefühlt und es ist auch als Gast ein gutes Gefühl, so nett empfangen zu werden. Mit Getränke die für uns auf dem Tisch bereit standen und frische Blumen auf dem Wohnzimmertisch, wurden wir begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und sehr sauber, ebenso die Betten. Ausreichend Platz ist überall vorhanden. Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe und auch Wanderwege, die schon ab der Haustür anfangen. Umgeben von viel Natur und Tieren. Rundum ein toller Urlaub in wunderschöner Gegend. Jederzeit wieder. Nur zu empfehlen.
