The AC did not work and the city was very hot 98F. Also eventhough I checked in at 10am I had to wait in line again for 30 mins to get my room key at 3pm. There was a long line at 3pm and only 1 person at the desk. Despite using the button to request roomservive they never came to clean the room. The room was nice but I would not recommend it and would not stay there in rhe future.
My room was on the 8th floor with a great view, spacious and very, very clean..however, there was a distict bad smell (sewage?) as soon as i approached my room in the hallway. I'm not sure if this was the case in other floors, but it was present in mine. Also, tbe carpets while kept very clean and vacuumed were old and showing wear..
