Booked the Luxury King room. Room was beyond dusty and the furnishings were chipped and worn. I opted to upgrade to the Player Suite for an additional fee. That room was awesome.

Staff was friendly. Hard to get a drink while gambling.

Wonderful evening! Great staff! Excellent restaurants!

We visited at a terrible time, flooded river, snow and mudslides closed many roads. The best part of the deserted hotel was the staff- they really rose to the occasion. I would give the place a higher rating but the circumstances of our trip were truly dismal. When we were stranded due to not having a 4WD vehicle, the concierge helped us get a bargain.

Room was grungy and reeked of cigarettes although room was non-smoking. The Buffet was terrible, best thing there was the soda.

The location was good. The hotel was a little dated but to be expected. The room I got was a king suit but didn't really feel as such. The room had tight quarters for a suit.

Great location! Good steak houses and will definitely stay here again

Staff extremely courteous and helpful, room was great and maid service great. Plenty of places to eat, gambling access was fun, people friendly and location of hotel very convenient.

As older casinos go not bad, food and food service were terrible

When we arrived in Reno and at the Eldorado Hotel, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and very polite. Our room was ready so we went right up to the room and it was beautiful. Every one was very hospitable and friendly. If I were to stay in Reno again, I certainly would choose the Eldorado. Sincerely, Roberta M Moore

we weren't in the room that we reserved, and nobody informed us that next day we can be transfer to the room that we want..... the view from the window was on the roof with HVAC equipment and back wall of the swimming pool..... housekeeper knock on the door at 7:10 AM asking if she can clean our room....Saturday & Sunday ........ my husband found a pocket knife under my bed.........

The Eldorado is a nice facility. It was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

we have been to this hotel many times but this time it was not so good..we were up most of the night with noise from other guests. we should have called security but didn't this went on all night..In the early morning we were constantly disrupted by the hotel staff (maids) in the hallway with constant SLAMING of's a shame because we have enjoyed stayin here in the past..

Stayed for 2nd time due to proximity to Hot August Night activities. Limited parking in deck, but location is great to all of downtown. Very efficient check in with pleasant accommodating staff. Secure with keycard required to enter elevators.

Plenty of places to eat and shop. Clean, friendly, spacious rooms.

This hotel was reasonably priced, in fact cheaper than the average cost. So we were extremely impressed with everything! Checkin was friendly, hotel was very clean and the room was better than we expected! Very pleased with the rate and overall experience! The heated pool was great! We also ate at the hotel buffet, the food was amazing! In fact our kids kept saying just that...this is amazing! They said it when they went into our room, the pool and when we ate!

They charge you $20 as a Resort Fee for nothing, but another way to collect more money. They will tell you its for parking, pool, and then the subject gets changed. They give you a discount book that has small discounts to different venues in the building. No half off food, no discount at the bars, the pool area is small and could not handle more that 30 people and any one time. The hotel rate was $40 a night plus $20 Resort Fee, tasteless Ham and Eggs for breakfast $20, a bar bill for a couple drinks, and this is without gaming. Just not inviteing place.

A Non-smoking room comes with dirty stinky smoking smell. Very yucky, Expensive price for a dirty room is absolutely not worth it. I promised I will never come back again. I would not be surprised if it is out of business in a near future. It was a horrible experience like a fool to stay at this hotel. The room is so tiny. I should pay a little bit more for silver legacy.
