Everything was very clean, the house is very comfortable, the outside is peaceful. The lighting system all over the house is very confusing and the fire pit may have been out of propane (or we just couldn’t figure it out). But over all this place is a wonderful place to stay.

We stayed here for a spring break visit so that we could visit the area attractions. The family had fun in the pool and the hot tub was nice to sit in after long hiking days. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

We had a fabulous time at the house. The pool and game area was wonderful for families. We especially loved the slide and large hot tub. The pool table was also a hit. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was able to accommodate a large family very comfortably. It was so nice having a large table we could all sit at. We absolutely loved staying here and hope to be able to come back.

This was an absolute blast! We had 8 adults and 5 kids under 10 for our family’s Thanksgiving week. We came in from Sioux Falls, Brookings, Texas and also local to Rapid City and absolutely will stay again! There was no external entertainment needed, between the pool and the playroom downstairs the kids were constantly busy and entertained. Overall, the house was wonderfully stocked with plenty of towels, bedding, air mattresses, kitchen appliances, and pool toys. Communication was absolutely wonderful, check in was a breeze and felt very secure, during our stay communication with the property management company was quick and reliable, and check out was as easy as they come. Thank you so much for having us! I don’t know how we will ever stay somewhere else again!

The house was just as pictured! Lots of fun activities, in a great location close to many attractions in the Black Hills, quiet neighborhood with lots of wildlife visitors. We had a wonderful time with plenty of room and things to do for a couple families.

We had family from ND and Colorado staying at the VRBO house. It was a great weekend of spending time together in this beautiful home. What a great time we had! We highly recommend this place to any one looking for a family together gathering.

Great space

Property was well taken care of, great space for breaks between activities. We used the pool (kids loved the slide), adults relaxed in the hot tub, enjoyed the fire pit, and we packed lunches the night before and cooked dinners and breakfast each day in the kitchen and used the smoker. Good location. Deer and turkeys common in the yard. Used a couple air mattresses and all slept well.

Huge and fun house for the whole family!!

Family of 6 adults and 5 kids. Had a wonderful stay! Property is in a nice neighborhood. Huge pool with a slide was a hit with both the adults and kids. Hot tub was also huge. Lots of games to play. Beds were comfortable. A great place to stay with a big group!
