24 hour guard gated and well maintained on a golf course. Yes it's hot in the summer. This has an oversize and newer AC unit. Stop complaining and play golf in the morning. Walk or ride bikes or 2 minute drive to the main drag for dinner and cocktails. Well appointed and tastefully curated. Not from the 70's or 80's.
