The staff was very pleasant and professional.
We asked for house keeping since we were staying 2 nights and they failed to clean our room. Also in the gym there were machines that didn't work and out of cleaning supplies
This is a beautiful hotel, on gorgeous grounds in a very quiet, wooded lot. It is right off a main road so convenient, but also quiet. It looks like a much more expensive resort hotel

I needed a place to crash after a long day waiting at the hospital for a family member to get out of surgery & this was perfect for what I needed. Quiet room & perfectly clean.
The rooms were clean and quiet. The lobby had a nice hangout area where guests lingered for a beverage.

The location and access to and from where we needed to go was fine. However, the bathroom shower tile had mildew, and needed to be cleaned. The small fridge was nice to have but it made a lot of noise. The staff were very good.
Fit needs beautifully. Food on site was a big plus. Staff courteous & efficient.
Need a better exercise facility/ gym. Could use more food options and free regular coffee would be great. Also....bathrooms and rooms very dated bathrooms really need updating.
Not really for younger crowds... any slight noise after 10pm and they will definitely complain to the front desk. I will probably not book here again.
