OK overall stay. It is in a great location in downtown Chapel Hill. It serviced it's purpose. It is really quiet as well. The reason for the 3 stars is that they really nickle and dime you. It's $20 per day to park your car. Then I got a red bull, mountain dew, and granola bar, and it was $16. Then I went to use my computer and they charged $5 per day for the Internet. Also, the construction of the building felt really cheap. The ice maker on my floor didn't work. I told them I wanted daily housekeeping, but I had to call to get them to come on my second day. Then on my third day, they knocked on my door multiple times in the morning way before check out time. Not a bad stay, but not excellent.

For he price I expect a room to be cleaner than what I got. I quickly found pubic hairs all over the bathroom. Then there is the breakfast. We went down early in the morning to grab a quick bite. The woman quickly told be the all you can eat was $18 per person. $18 for a weak continental breakfast. It was a joke

Went to catch a Tarheels game. This property is PRIME location for Franklin St. access!! Hotel was awesome, only a few things that could have been better which I will list below but overall amazing!! Pillows leave a lot to be desired. Breakfast price is steep if they aren’t providing in-room microwaves for you to bring your own goodies. Room mini fridge is SMALL. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Need one more area rug in room so it feels less “stark”. Exit gate in parking garage needs better sensor as it crashed down on us while we were still trying to make the very sharp left to get out with our truck and it drug along the whole length of the truck bed.
