Great location. It's easy to walk to the plazas in the centro. The central court is beautifull. Rooms are clean and spacious with a small fridge.

Well location was good and i liked that they had free wifi..... Now lets get on to the bad things.... First day there the water for the shower didnt work. It only came out super hot! Mom could handle it but I couldnt, I only like cold showers! The three story structure was horrible. And the stairs didnt have hand rail or safety! I could have slipped and fallen. The next morning there was a putrid smell coming from sink/shower. Bad plumbing?? Also the beahtroom is really small and only has one small very dim light. Not coming back!!

Pricewise the hotel was ok. However, there are two flights of stairs to get to the main room, bed room. First two levels didn't suit any real reason with the exception of a day bed on the second level. If you want a old style hotel, it's not a bad deal, don't expect the air conditioning to work because it does not. They do have a stationary fan..Second time I had stayed there.. If I realized it was the same hotel, I would not have stayed this last time... Again, ok for the price.

Due to a computer problem, our original hotel, Meson de la Merced was fully booked, when we got there, they were very friendly and genuinely sorry for the mishap so they gave us a room in the World Class hotel Casa de la Marqueza which is one of Queretaro's finest, a 4 Diamond hotel, at no extra cost, service was wonderful and the hotel is absolutely beautiful in the middle of the Historic Downtown.
