The room was dusty, the blanket was dirty . The guy who was in the reception was rude , I asked for towels he got in the actitud , he said come and get it later . It wasn’t hair dryer either. The bathroom shower door was dirty too . I was so tired to complain to them .anyways the way I was treated by the guy I was scared to say something

Not sure about the area behind the hotel, area on the other side seemed ok. Discount mall and hospital. Bathroom looked like it had not been wiped down or mopped in a long time. Eating area staff were not super friendly and options were all or nothing for breakfast. Gym equipment did not work. No food options within walking distance.

La habitación limpia y estacionamiento gratuito. El personal excelente. El menú del restaurante bien, bueno y satisfactorio. Puntos en contra: el buffet está en general mal. Le falta ofrecer mejores cosas de calidad, el jugo es agua de saborizante. Un pequeño punto es que como está a pie de carretera, se escucha sutilmente ruido pero nada grave y la Nespresso de la habitación requería mantenimiento. Punto en pro: personal eficiente, buen servicio, el aroma al entrar es delicioso y obviamente la hermosura de un edificio hecho por Legorreta Arquitectos que te ofrece muchos detalles de contemplación. Es un hotel más que familiar, de negocios.

La verdad me sorprendió el hotel limpio ordenado y su personal muy amable en todo momento antes durante y después en el desayuno los domingos le meten dos proteínas más lo que lo hace mejor tal vez haría la sugerencia en que el café fuera un poquito más intenso por todo lo demás muchas gracias
