My family stayed here with another family for a weekend event at the casino. This property was wonderful, and it is located about 10 minutes away from Mohegan Sun. There was a ton of space for all, and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay!

Wonder spacious property with plenty of room inside for 10 people. Sturdy deck and access to the water with a well built lawn that allows for enjoyment even though the property is on a steep incline. There is only parking available to hold 4 cars which seemed small for the amount of living space, plan to car pool if more than 4 people will be using the home. Also the back door to the deck locks automatically so be mindful of getting locked out without remembering the code.

The place could not have been more perfect for our family with 3 boys and other family members who love water activities! We actually ended up buying and leaving 2 fishing poles and 2 crab rings at the property, which I hope they will leave for others to use. We had a class reunion event at the USCG Academy & had a full schedule the whole weekend, but the place was so nice we missed a couple of events and delayed getting to events and left the events as soon as possible so that we can get back to the house to fish, enjoy the view or visit. We used and enjoyed every bit of the property, except the card room! The living areas, the deck and the dock were so perfect for visiting, playing and enjoying the outdoors that the TV was never turned on and the boys didn’t even do any screen activities! My only complaint is that the beds did not have top/flat sheets. The nights were not cold enough for a comforter, but a flat sheet would’ve been perfect. Other than the above detail, they thought of almost everything to make things convenient for the guests! (I’m a host myself and like to make my guests feel at home and have the conveniences of being home. They did a great job on that and met my expectations.)Next time we’re in the area, we will definitely book this place again. I would definitely recommend staying here for any families or groups that need plenty of space and love the outdoors. The hosts are responsive. The house and location is fantastic! The view was amazing!

Stayed here with a group of friends for a bachelor party. Great deck overlooking the water and perfect location for going to the casino and ferry to block island. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. Host was very helpful and responsive when one of our friends accidentally left his phone at the property after checkout. Highly recommend!

My extended family ranging from teens to grandparents stayed for a family reunion weekend and really enjoyed the spaciousness of this beautiful home. The dock and water front amenities were key to our enjoyment. The water was great for swimming, floating, boating, fishing/crabbing and exploring. Lots of wildlife to enjoy amd a lovely view from the deck. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The owners were responsive and helpful. The driveway fits 4 vehicles and we parked one car on the quiet street w/o a problem. We would gladly stay again as there is lots to do onsite and near by. We recommend!

Such A Fun Weekend!

We had the best weekend here! The house was spotless and had such a warm, welcoming feel from the moment we arrived. The beautiful kitchen made cooking together so easy, and the back deck was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening chats. We loved that there were TVs in every room and even plenty of chargers available, such thoughtful touches that made our stay extra comfortable. The location was great, close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The host was wonderful and made the whole process so easy. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

We stayed for my Bachelor trip and it was a very good location regarding the casinos which is what we mainly visited for. The house was awesome and the backyard and river access was a huge plus. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area near Foxwoods or Mohegan

Great overnight stay with friends

Our occasional get together of old college friends was perfectly suited to this location - ample bedrooms / bathrooms, large kitchen, dining and living room. Nice central location for friends coming in from NJ, NH, MA and CT. Property was clean and well-kept, and a person shoveled the snow before we even got outside the next morning. Thanks again, Dan.

Best View is True

5 ladies shared this house for a 2-day conference at the nearby Connecticut College. This rental was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Location was in a quiet residential neighborhood, with stunning views of the water. Owners were courteous, communicative, and accommodating. Would not hesitate to rent this property again!

The perfect writer's retreat

I and four author friends stayed for a week in this lovely home. There was plenty of room for each of us (5 bedrooms). The dining room table overlooking the water offered the perfect backdrop for our creative retreat. The home was clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the items we needed when we felt like cooking. The coffee maker was particularly welcomed! Thank you for our lovely stay.
