Staff was great but our room lacked a fire alarm. Was offered a different room but we couldn’t switch due to the space needed. Solid mid tier stay for a few nights. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment but this was my first hotel stay since COVID so I bet that’s how most places handle breakfast now.

Room was clean. Bed was great. No idea why they put us in a smoking room. As a former smoker no biggie but that was strange. Also we called their reservation desk and the gent quoted $144. I mentioned Orbitz said $98. He said that’s not guaranteed and is only available if someone cancels. All false. We went thru Orbitz and got it for $98 which included taxes and add ons. FYI slots are stingy!

Very nice breakfast, but extremely disappointed that the hot tub was out of service and had been under repair for over a month. Poor pool and spa area!

Our suite was clean, spacious, and comfortable. As we were traveling during a global pandemic, safety was important to us. We saw signs upon entry asking guests to wear masks & not congregate long in public areas, as well as to limit their time in the pool in order to offer others time to swim with proper distancing. While some guests did not comply with the mask request, most did, as did the staff. Everything seemed quite clean and well cared for. Rather than the buffet breakfast, they offered a sort of bagged breakfast-grab-n-go system as well as free coffee, so that was a nice touch.
