"We stayed at the Family Selection portion of the resort and the staff were so helpful. In particular, Josue from Expedia and Marianna, one of the concierges went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday special- decorated our room for him and had a birthday dessert set up for him at dinner. They were helpful at making dinner reservations for us every night. We liked going to the Nest for breakfast, lunch and poolside snacks and drinks. This restaurant is only for the Family Selection guests. La Bosque has everything you would want as a buffet style and was great for gelato in the afternoons. The fresh tortillas there were fantastic. Our favourite booked restaurants were Las Terrazas (great Filet Mignon) and La Adelita (Mexican food). Great outdoor spots for supper, the staff were attentive and food selection was very good. Our favourite spots for the day was on the beach- there were usually chairs near the Family Selection areas but if you wanted spots on the main beach, you needed to take towels down by 7:30. The ocean entry is sandy by the lifeguard station so it was fun to play in the waves and borrow boogie boards (available all day) or stand up paddle boards ( between 9-12). We also took part in aquafit at the main pool a few days- it happens everyday at 12:00 and was fun. The spa was nice and we treated ourselves to massages and hydrotherapy- very relaxing. For entertainment- the Mariachi and the MexiCuba live bands were very good. Thank you for a fun vacation"

"Stayed here seven days with hubby, pros- friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms every day by housekeeping, free Wi-Fi, plenty of food and drinks, even at the pool area, spacious resort, and well kept grounds, fun, hibachi restaurant, no crowds and plenty of complementary lawn chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Cons- very far from the Boardwalk, about 55 minutes to boardwalk and airport, terrible steaks at LaBahia, no maps or orientation at check in, pricey shops ($12 for small bag of chocolate cashews), nothing walking distance outside resort."

"The staff is amazing! Everyone is very kind. The food was great! Kids club is 4 and up. Spa is extra. The infinity pool does get pretty busy so make sure to get there early if you want a lounge chair or two."
