VILLA FRANCISCO es la propiedad hermana de nuestra otra propiedad de 5 estrellas VILLA SANTA FE # 772040 y Alta Vista, nuestra nueva unidad de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños # 1221639 y se encuentra a 1/3 de milla al sur del casco antiguo establecido de Puerto Vallarta. La Villa está en una ubicación privilegiada y tiene vistas a toda la bahía, ciudad, selva y playas. Estamos a solo diez minutos a pie de la playa y a 15 minutos a pie de la zona histórica antigua o un viaje en taxi de 3 minutos. Estamos rodeados de jardines privados y selva. La propiedad es cerrada, privada y segura. La Villa está directamente sobre la playa de Los Muertos, la playa más popular de Puerto Vallarta. Estamos a 10 minutos a pie de Blue Chairs o Manta mar Resorts. We had an amazing experience celebrating my birthday at Francisco Villa. The accommodations are excellent. The staff go above & beyond to make sure your stay is exactly what you desire. Toni, the concierge is there to greet you, quickly addresses any issues you may have, & happy to assist with plans outside of the home. I can’t say enough about the chefs, the food & service amazing! We look forward to our next visit!

The internet is terrible…goes in and out often plus slow, beds not comfortable, the floors were dirty, lots of bugs, very little hot water, mega hill, outdoor fridge was broke but repaired after couple days…some drivers wouldn’t go up hill. The Chef Tina is 5 star and excellent.

Simply Unforgettable Experience

You’ll fall in love with Villa Francisco. Tucked up above the Zona Romantica, you’ll have a bird’s eye view of all Puerto Vallarta has to offer as you sip homemade margaritas in the infinity pool. I was mesmerized from the first moment my group met Toni, the villa’s concierge, at the door. We were offered a full tour with fresh margaritas waiting for us at the poolside bar. Toni was kind, accommodating, and cheerful. Chef Tina became the group’s MVP for the week. The breakfasts were delicious, filling, and just what you need to start your day at the beach, shopping, or laying poolside. If you choose dinner service, and you should opt for the dinners, Tina’s listed special’s are a special experience all their own. The Paella, Fresh Mahi Mahi, and Coconut Shrimp were group favorites and beautifully prepared, with delicious fresh sauces to accompany the mains. You might comeback just for Tina’s meals.The staff were polite and respectful. The massage and facial services were top notch. We suggest enjoying the spa services on the shaded outdoor deck.Accessing this property may be challenging given the steep incline of the drive way up to the villa. Our crew made light of it and used it as a daily workout; but ensure you rent a vehicle or call a ride that can make it up the drive way. We had several taxis that could not manage the climb with their vehicle. But once you enjoy the villa, you may never want to leave.

An Unforgettable Family Vacation at Villa Franscisco

Our family of six adults and four children recently enjoyed an incredible vacation at Villa Franscisco, and it was even more beautiful and spacious than we had imagined! The warm pool, stunning outdoor living area, and the dazzling art throughout the house created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment.The primary suite on the top level offered breathtaking 180-degree views of the bay and the lush jungle surrounding the property. We particularly loved the outdoor shower nestled in a lovely garden area – a truly unique experience!Toni and Richard were exceptionally helpful and responsive both before and during our visit, making our stay seamless. A special shout-out to Chef Tina and her kitchen crew, who prepared delicious meals served with beautiful table settings. Tina's personable approach and the team's dedication truly enhanced our experience.All housekeeping, dishwashing, and laundry were taken care of, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time together. We explored the Romantic Zone and beyond daily. While the steep, curved driveway and numerous steps to the beach and shops provided a workout, it was absolutely worth the effort, as all but one of us was able to enjoy exploring Puerto Vallarta.. We all agreed that we wholeheartedly recommend Villa Franscisco!

Amazing!!

Eight of my close friends and I stayed here for my birthday at the end of March. Toni, the concierge, made sure everything we requested was there for us when we arrived. The location of the house makes for some beautiful sunsets looking out over the ocean. We couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable experience! I'd love to stay here again!

Incredible spacious villa with outstanding staff

A group of 10 of our friends stayed here for the past 5 days and it was incredible from start to finish. The villa is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The staff greeted us with appetizers and the owner, Richard, even prepared and served us welcome cocktails himself and chatted with us. Tina, the cook, was phenomenal and accomodated two events in which we hosted a large group of 20-30 people for a pool party and then dinner. We had breakfast served every day, and while we could have asked them to serve either lunch or dinner as well, we often ate out. Highly recommend this location and would definitely stay here again !

Stay During December 27 - January 3rd

The concierge Toni was really bad. I had to contact VRBO a number of times to get check in information. The link she sent to get into the gate did not work and we had to be let into the gate by other people staying at the property. Once we had checked in she never once checked to see if anything was needed or if she could arrange any tours or messages. The WFI and and Tv was not available the entire 7 day stay. We were told that it was being worked on by the cable company but we never saw anyone on the property working on it. Only when we contacted VRBO did the owner Richard come by on the 2nd day to tell us it was being worked on. The surrounding properties all had WIFI and TV, just not this property. I had read the reviews and did notice that a lot of comments were made about the long, steep, narrow, winding driveway to the property. We did not have any family members with a disability so we did not think it would be an issue. Warning - some taxi cabs refused to drive up to the property due to this. The cook Tina was great, the meals she served were wonderful. This was the only reason I gave it any stars at all.

Good as a 3 bedroom with on suites with great location and a nice pool

The location of the home is excellent with great views and close to town but be warned that it is up a steep driveway that not every car can go up and is a challenging walk if you are not physically fit. The house has 3 true bedrooms that can count as master bedrooms, and an additional bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that is behind the laundry room and through another sleeping area. The additional bedroom with ensuite is not equivalent to the other 3 bedrooms. None of the rooms had shades and the general upkeep of some of the house could use better maintenance such as the grout in the showers, the jacuzzi tub in the main primary bedroom (hammering noise when the water was on), the in room safes (only in 3 of the rooms and operated with keys only) and some of the outdoor seating. The wifi was not reliable with more than a few devices on it at a time. The cleaning/maid services were very good and the home was kept clean with great laundry service. The chef service was not to our liking and thus we canceled it part way through the trip. There was drama with the owners around canceling the chef service that made us feel threatened and we are still working to resolve this.

Great Time at Villa Francisco

Villa Francisco is a fabulous place for a stay in Puerto Vallarta. We were there with a group of friends and everyone enjoyed the pool with gorgeous views and the top-notch accommodations. Best of all is the staff who are always available to take care of anything you might need. Transportation to and from the airport was arranged and handled perfectly. Chef Tina and her staff cooked us two fantastic dinners at the villa and wonderful breakfasts every morning. One comment I would make is that three of the bedrooms faced the ocean and were quite luxurious. The two bedrooms in the back were much smaller and shared a bathroom. This arrangement would be fine for kids but wasn't ideal for adults. The road up from the main highway is very steep and challenging on foot or even for some cars but it can be done and adds to the adventure.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Francisco. The property is beautiful, and the house was very spacious. The staff was great at helping us with excursions and the food was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

PV winter escape

We had the vacation of a lifetime. The villa was amazing and chef and staff were the best we could ask for. Cannot top this experience. Owner and manager were easiest to work with and provided a 5 star experience.

Loved Tina, the chef and Maria, the housekeeper. Meals were prepared to accommodate all dietary restrictions, fresh and delicious twice a day. We relaxed, enjoyed the pool, being together & the pampering. We will be back.

Unbelieveable views and service

Tina, Richard, Toni, Mari and Tofu treated us like royalty. Everything we asked for, we got. When we has a shower drain issue, they immediately fixed it. Any travel arrangements or activities needed, they arranged. Its like the best resort and the best concierge! Oceanview was wonderful, food was great, pool was perfection! Wish we were still there!

Amazing experience!

Ten of us spent 5 nights here for our first time in PV and it was perfect! Large, well-kept, spacious rooms and living area, a big pool with ample outdoor space and outdoor bar, and great staff. Chef Tina cooked us delicious food every night and had no problem accommodating different dietary needs. The property was only a few minutes walk from the beach and into town (though down a very steep hill). Several of us got good massage treatments as well arranged through Tonie. We will definitely be back!

Amazing!

We rented all three of Richard's villas (Francisco, Sante Fe, Alta Vista) simultaneous for a large group and it could not have worked out any better. Richard, Tina, and Tonie greeted us with fresh margaritas and snacks upon check-in, gave us a tour of all the villas, and helped arrange all shopping and meals ahead of time. We did breakfast every day as a group and dinner every other night. Tina's food was amazing and the best meals we had all trip. We even had additional guests next door at Paramount Bay that Tina was able to accommodate for meals. I highly recommend a stay at any of the villas. Just give your taxi drivers some encouragement to go up the drive way and it should be no problem.

50th Birthday Celebration

This property is perfect in every way. There is simply no other way to describe it. Vacation rentals often have a feeling of neglect, or at least a lack of upkeep and maintenance, which I have always found a bit disappointed once seeing in person. Villa Francisco is absolutely 110% NOT that. It is beautifully appointed, with great attention to decor, quality and overall pride. The location is perfectly situated just above the heart of the romantic zone, and easily walkable down into town and the beach (up can be a bit tricky but is absolutely doable). Tonie, Tina and Richard go out of their way to make you feel at home, feed you well, provide plenty of beverages and snacks, and help with any and all arrangements needed during your stay. It was a very special time for a group of 10 celebrating my husband's 50th birthday and could not be more thankful for all the fun and relaxation we got. I sincerely wished we stayed longer, 5 days is just not long enough at all. We WILL be back!

So our stay was amazing. Houses were spotless! We were fortunate to have villa Santa Fe, villa San Francisco and the condo. Tina the chef and her prep team are amazing. Richard the owner is very nice and Toni can help you book anything imaginable!

We booked this Villa for a vacation with two other couples. There was no wrestling for Rooms or drawing straws. Each room is incredible. What really sets this apart from other stays we have had is the staff. From the moment you get there, the owner Richard and the Chef, Tina and her staff immediately make you feel like you were personal friends of theirs and not just guests. All the fridges were stalked with your favorite beverages and it seemed like right when you pulled out a Fresca they put one back in its place. We never wanted for a thing. It was incredible. Bottomless guacamole.. oh my dear lord it was good. Something also to note is the setting. Next door to this property is a whole hillside jungle full of wildlife. It really felt like you were in a private retreat by itself back in the hills, yet you were 5-10 Minutes from the beach. Cabs and ubers were easy. We rented a Polaris razor for the week stay and that worked great. Everything about this stay was so wonderful. I am dreading being back at work and back in the snow of Eastern Washington. I can only think of my next return to Villa Francisco. Richard and Tina you are incredible people. We want you to know how lucky we felt to stay here and how your kindness meant the world to us. You are really what shines in the heart of this Villa. True gems!

Fantastic,Great Property & Super gracious hosts,could not have dreamt of anything better!!!

Our stay was over the top. Richard & Chef Tina were incredible, words can not describe how much they made us feel at home. All of the staff was super friendly & attentive to our every need. Toni was always available to assist with questions, about adventures etc. Chef Alex & Rueben were great & the food they prepared was way beyond our expectations. Better than any 5star restaurant you can find. Only thing is the 5th bedroom is not private, might be better listed as 4 bedroom that could sleep 10. We will definitely be back, we could have not asked for a better Vacation . Richard & Tina we miss you already, thank you again for everything

Simply perfect.

A stay here is absolute perfection. The Villa is beautiful and grand, huge living spaces where you can gather for drinks and food. The view is breathtaking and Los Muertos beach below is equally wonderful with a great atmosphere and food. But the 5 stars overwhelmingly goes to Tina and her team who cooked us breakfast every day and dinner most nights and surpassed our expectations, the most enormous mahi mahi, coconut prawns, fragrant rice served in coconut shells,refried beans, steak and chicken fajitas, fried plantain...the list goes on. Tina you have given us memories that will stay with us forever. We came all the way from London and we would do it again in a heartbeat. The Hammond Family

Just Amazing!

We spent a week here to celebrate a birthday, and it couldn't have been better! The property is amazing, the view is stuffing, the staff is wonderful. We had a great adventure in PV. Toni helped us schedule all out activities and transportation. The meals prepared by the staff were delicious. The photos are accurate, and if anything, they don't do it justice. I would come back again!! Thank you!

Amazing property, true to pictures and exceptional staff

Our family enjoyed the entire week we were pampered by the staff of Villa Francisco from the moment we arrived. The property was just as described, very clean, comfortable and relaxing. We took advantage of superb homemade meals and excursions that were arranged upon request. Most of the trip was spent relaxing at the villa and enjoying the view and atmosphere. The walk to the beach and town was easy and safe. The villa is close to many shops and things to take in within Puerto Vallarta. If we chose to take a taxi/uber, it was arranged upon a text or call. There were 6 adults that stayed, and we all were impressed and would definitely recommend this property.
