Designed by the creators of Pier 57, this iconic residence delivers spacious private balconies, ocean and town views, and elevated comfort with a focus on high-end design. Each condominium features more than 9.5-foot ceilings, premium European kitchen cabinetry, marble flooring, custom wardrobes in the primary bedroom, diffused lighting, and glass-enclosed showers.
Enjoy an urban oasis with exceptional privacy: one elevator serves only two units, with secure keyless entry and 24-hour front desk/security. A dedicated elevator takes you directly to the condo and its sister unit, creating a seamless and refined guest experience.
Important Information:
