This stunning waterfront condo graced by soaring ceilings and wall-to-wall windows in the dining and living room is a haven for gazing at Puerto Vallarta views from multiple vantage points.

And it's just 8 min drive away from downtown.

The master bedroom, complete with a walk-in closet and ensuite, ensures parents have a private space.

You can enjoy your breakfast on your private terrace outside the condo. you can delight watching whales on boats, also hear the birds sing.

The guest's rooms have all the necessary comforts. They are spacious, they have very good size closets and you can view the ocean lying in bed.

Laundry is conveniently located in the service room through the kitchen.

Our kitchen is equipped with crockery dishes for 6 people, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, etc.

The taxis & the bus stop are 100mts from the entrance.

We don't have access to the beach but, you will be impressed by the location.
Also, there is a lovely beach just 1 mile from the property, is called "Playa Palmares"

We understand that travelers need to feel safe while staying at our property, we’ve compiled this list of a comprehensive cleaning and disinfecting measures:

Figuring out how to use the hot water in both showers was difficult for some of us. The pool was great but the hot tub didn’t really get too hot and we had hoped the jets would have been stronger. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the fan in my room but they had someone come over & helped with that. Overall a good stay.

The Penthouse is a stunning ocean front property. We enjoyed whale watching and sunsets on the patio and deck. We did not rent a car and it was easy to call ubers for very cheap rides to the Romantic Zone/Malecon, etc. There is a bus nearby that we would have used but we were there when services were interrupted due rare/ atypical unrest in the area. We felt safe and comfortable and the owner was quick to reply and check on us as needed. My biggest recommendation is to stop at a grocery store or build time into you first day to get to the grocery store if you plan on cooking a lot. There is an oxxo nearby and some small markets in the romantic zone to grab light groceries but they are not within walking distance. The Costa Sur property a few doors down has a resort market if you are desperate. You can also walk over and enjoy their restaurant and amenities. We spent a relaxing day at Sapphire Beach club, lots of time strolling the malecon and Romantic Zone, and had planned on a turtle release and whale watching tour but they were cancelled due to disturbances in the area. We hope to make it up next time as well as a visit to the botanic gardens and other small fishing villages nearby.

What a marvellous place. Our word walking in was “Wow”. Our word leaving was “When can we come again”. The property manager was super responsive. She responded quickly to all of our questions. The location is a bit out of town, which we expected. You must walk along the highway to get the bus at the Los Arcos resort. There was a paved, kind of uneven ditch area which kept us off the road. We did take an uber sometimes which was easy. We thought the ground person, Juan was lovely. He works hard to keep everything together in good working order. He brought water to us for 50 pesos which was so helpful. We enjoyed watching whales, dolphins and sting rays from our balcony. The upstairs deck is for this unit, you have to go up kinda challenging stairs out of the condo to access it. But, it was worth the careful footing challenge on the stairs, Stunning views. On the first day we took a taxi into town and back to get our groceries for our 8 days. It was easy and made our stay so much easier than getting groceries day to day. All in all, beautiful stay. Thank you!

Wonderful condo!

We came up PV for our daughter’s wedding, and this condo was perfect for our family to stay together. It was beautiful, wonderful location, and lots of room and amenities. The host was easy to contact, she made the trip perfect.

Stay was amazing house was just as described and the location was in a beautiful area!

The property is located in a beautiful area and easy access to catch a cab at a taxi site near costa sur(about a 3 minute walk). My first impression of the house was that it looked just like the pictures! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay overlooking the ocean and sea life.

Water front remote condo

The property is clean and updated with incredible wall to wall glass views of the ocean and a nice patio for outside whale and dolphin watching. Small infinity pool was nice as well off the lower level stairs or elevator. My only issue with this property was how remote it is and no beach access. To make this property a stay to enjoy you need a rental car and you need to go grocery shopping for your time there. The property is off a twisty coastal 2 lane road that does not have sidewalks and the Ubers will pass people on blind corners without a care for your life one bit. Wild couple rides for us then we bounced to an awesome hotel in the Malecon.

condo was in a beautiful area south of PV.

it was difficult to get into the unit. once in condo views were incredible we watched whales, manta rays, and dolphins all week. Interior wassubstandard. Linen in one of the guest rooms was either stained or unclean. Guest bathroom had no towels or hot water! dead bugs in window sills and in the cooking pans.

Spectacular!

This place is very comfortable and homey. The space is absolutely perfect for up to 6 people. We especially liked that we could relax in the living room area with the sliding glass doors opened up and still experience the ocean. And the bonus of course is the private terrace, we spent so many hours up here whale watching, and the whale watching was epic this year. The pool area is great, but the temperature of the of water was too cold for most of us. Salud!

Beautiful View, Great location

We enjoyed our stay from the moment we walked in. The wall of windows overlooking the ocean is a rare find and allowed us to whale watch right from our balcony. Everything worked as it should inside and Dolores kindly left beach towels for us to use during our many treks to the ocean. She was helpful and responsive each time I reached out with a question. We would definitely stay again.

Spectacular Views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vista Real. Dolores was responsive to our questions and provided the information we needed. The location and views are outstanding and provided daily sightings of whales and even one very unexpected and joyful view of about 8 dolphins. The weather was ideal and the condo, pool and roof top area were perfect for relaxing and enjoyed the sun.

Wonderful Seaside Penthouse

Vista Real is magical. Whales rays and dolphins play in front of your spacious sundeck. The kitchen is well equipped and living and dining areas are comfortable. Everyone drifted off to sleep to the sound of the pounding surf. The Uber drivers are abundant and we were close to a bus stop. This is one of our favorite rentals.

Property is next door to a PARTY rental and they blast ugly music until 3:00AM. We tried talking to them. No use. We called the police No use and welcome to Mexico. Property manager is useless Go somewhere else.

Puerto Vallarta condo

We stayed in this condo for two weeks. It is older but well kept up. The kitchen is well stocked and it's nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The host was responsive to an A/C problem that we had and any other communication that we sent her. This unit is not suitable for young children as it is on the top floor and there is a very steep drop from the patio to the pool area on the first level.

Amazing Stay

This condo is stunning. Amazing views of the ocean, a perfect pool, the rooms are all large and they had thought of everything you might need during your stay. Beach items, bags, towels, well equipped kitchen, tables, chairs, etc. The location was quiet but it was so easy to get to everything. We stayed here for a wedding in a villa down the street, and it was overall just a perfect stay!
