This was our third trip to Casa Velas. We thought it couldn't get any better and then we saw the new breakfast menu and wine list. So glad to have some lighter options for breakfast, and the new wines are excellent. Of course it’s the staff that always makes us want to keep coming back. Notably, Camila, Gerardo, and Omar at breakfast; Enrique, Carlos, and Antonio at Tao; Avaldo and Ramon at the Aqua Bar; and Daniel, Gerardo, Rigo, Rosacio at dinner. We’re already planning our next trip back! Not a complaint, but the only thing we’d like to see different is if Casa Velas would offer the build-your-own pasta dish offered for dinner, as it’s currently only on the lunch menu. The lunch menu at Emiliano's is so great, but we usually find ourselves at Tao or Aqua Bar...

I booked for 4 days at this great place. I went for a relaxation trip and it was a great choice for it. It was down season so there were not many fellow tourists around. The service was amazing and I felt like I was treated much like a family member of their staff. Omar at the restaurant was so personable, kind and just an overall great person. He provided some of the best service in a restaurant I have ever received. From all staff on site they had exceptional customer service and kindness I loved the room and outside patio / dip pool where I could relax at my own will. The main pool was also great.

This was my first trip to Puerto Vallarta and my stay at Casa Velas was amazing. The staff are so kind and attentive and the food was amazing!!! Loved having access to the beach even though the hotel isn’t right on the beach. I would definitely stay again!

They had an amazing restaurant md great pool! The private pool for my room was fantastic as well. The service was amazing. Included in my stay was access to their other resort with more dining options, pools, and a private beach AND access to Tau Beach a 21+ only beach with a restaurant two jacuzzis and a pool. I was very impressed!

We had an incredible stay. The food was stellar for an all-inclusive. Absolutely beautiful experience. The beach club is a short drive away, but the transportation is like curbside assistance. Concierge is so helpful. It was really nice. Will go back!
