2nd yr we’ve been & stayed here. Beyond happy. Hotel is lovely. But, it’s the staff that makes it what it is. Sonny in La Vista and Carlos as the Outdoor Concierge are PHENOMENAL!! Can not say enough good things about them. We’ll be back next year in part bc of them.

We were so surprised to experience the high quality of this Marriott and its staff after what Puerto Rico has gone through. From the front desk, Kymberly, and her delightful smile and willingness to help us to the workers pushing the dirty towels at the end of the day everyone was so wonderful.

we had a blast my kids made friends i had time to relax and workout in the gym also had a great masage

We paid over $2000 for 4 nights. Rented the corner room for the ocean views. We were on the sixth floor. Looking out of our window on one side our view was the casino roof and a high rise, not as advertised. Also below us was the outside smoking section. One night people were screaming past two in the morning. Our shower looked like the handle could fall off any moment and the temperature could not be set constant. The rooms need to be updated. Advertised we would get 2 waters every day but never saw them. Upon checking out we were never asked how our accommodations were.

In general, the hotel is fine. Does not have room service and the restaurant es small. A little over rated.

Orbitz lead us to believe that the Marriott would be up and running by Oct,16..we had no hot water to santitze, that Monday @2:30am -9:30pn total darkness, feces in toilet no water, 7 flights of stairs.no phone service.NO_ONE checked on us to see if we were dead or alive.i did get two bottles of warm water (limited)after complaining.

Wow, went through hell and getting back to great shape! Definitely would stay here again. Great location, facilities, and staff. Working hard to make it even better by accelerating prior scheduled upgrades after storm damage. Very good in current state and only getting better. Great job Marriott

This was my third stay at the Marriott Stellaris. I had stayed at the Ritz Carleton my last PR visit, and it was very nice, but I like the Marriott better. I was there Sept 16th-19th just before Hurricane Maria. Pedro at the front desk was super and helped me get in my room even though I was a little early in arriving. And Mandy at the concierge desk went beyond the call of duty in helping me with a boarding pass the day before leaving. It was a stressful time not knowing if I would be able to get off the island before the storm came. The staff, including the lobby bar, were great. I hope they are OK!

Excellent hotel. Location is perfect. Will go again

From start to finish simply an amazing experience. They make check-in and out super easy. The staff are great to say the least - did not see one face without a smile. Every one is eager to assist. You never have to seek out help. Would most definitely return.

We arrived at 11:00 A.M. and expected to wait until 4:00 P.M. for our room. To our surprise we were given an amazing room within minutes. The staff was professional and accommodating.

I rented a car and the park structure is a headache assuming since the casino is attached I had to continuosly punch a card in and out of garage that was the size of a sardine can. I was in an ocean from king bedroom that had a lingering odor of stale water and room was very humid even with the air set at 75. I should have know something was funny when I initially walked in and the AC was on 70. I had to use the fridge cause I have a 1.5 yr old that drinks milk. The fridge was warm and I called room service to report. They sent to men that didn't solve the problem. I was ready to fly back home.

Wonderful staff amazing view! Front desk was super helpful.

Everything from upon arrival to walking around to leaving the hotel everyone and I mean everyone made me and my family feel at home and very comfortable. Everything from walking in the front of the hotel to my room was spotless and I would recommend this hotel to everyone I talk to. Special thanks to Carlos, Brian, and Big G!!

Great location- so close to restaurants! Walking distance to parks, bars, restaurants, etc. Staff is excellent- so nice and welcoming!

This hotel is located in a perfect location. It is steps away from the beach, restaurants, CVS, Walgreens, among many other stores.

The staff was so terrific! We had to stay another night and right away Mr. Molina, one of the registering staff, got to work! He fit us in and made it to where we didn't ha e to change rooms on the last day! The concierge was great also! We booked an adventure online, they cancelled on us because they overbooked. We called the hotel concierge and they booked us another right away she called me back to give me the itinerary! Food was great and live music was awesome! I will definitely be returning!!

Fees to park your car. huge resort fee when you arrive. paid 300 in resort fees for literally nothing.

I was a little disappointed when I arrived to learn they didn't actually have an Arcade. My son was a little disappointed. Overall staff was great especially Isabel Fas and Johnny in Security. They were extremely helpful.

Couldn't ask for anything better. Both wife nd daughter fell in love and want to go back gain and again.
