Room was very clean. From what I was told it is the oldest hotel in San Juan. People were very friendly and very helpful. The only draw back was the room was very small.

I have stayed at the CasaBlanca before. This hotel is the perfect spot for touring Old San Juan and close to the cruise piers. The staff is amazing. The hotel has the vibe of old town. Our room was in the south tower, large with 2 queen beds. The rooftop area in both towers are nice to hangout.

We had a really good stay at the CasaBlanca. In particular, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop lounges were a cool and breezy respite after walking around OSJ. Great location and many good restaurants in the vicinity. The vibe is vintage and quirky. Our room could have used a bit of updating but it was clean & comfortable.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The place could definitely use a refresh - i.e. towel and toilet paper rods sagging down, loose sink, scary elevator… it was still a good stay but definitely needs some attention.

The room was more dingy and small in person than it appeared in the photos. The bed sank down so much in the middle, it really should be replaced. We were so tired so we slept just find but we would not stay again. One of the staff guys on the night we checked in was rude and unprofessional and the other guy who was working that night was at least friendly. When we checked out in the morning the day time staff was very kind, so they sort of saved the experience.

I did not enjoy my stay here. The room was very outdated and not very clean. The TV didn’t work so they had to move a cable device from another room into mine. The elevator has max capacity of 4 people. I ended up taking the stairs a lot. The shower do not have water pressure. It just barely trickled water.

We had stayed here in 2021and our experience had been great, thats why westayed there again, butthis time it wasn't the same, the room was very run down, and when your in the glass elevator all you see is window seals and poles that haven't been cleaned in years, overall we wete disappointed.

The room had a toilet leak, and dirty towels. The dish cable box was broken and the condition of the room felt not truly cared for. Not as I expected. I was reassigned to the second floor right above the original room, the towels were dirty and cable box still broken. The rooms are smaller than pictured. The rooms also have a smell but it’s due to the structure being old I’m sure. My door didn’t close fully because of the insulation strips protecting the wood frame which didn’t feel safe at the time. Within an hour and a half I checked out- mainly because it took an hour to find another room. The front desk was so helpful I almost wanted to stay - I was told the manager would likely refund me at least for the full next day I didn’t even stay. I have yet to hear from management. The front desk called the next day to ask if I even checked out. Management it truly dropping the ball with this location and the front staff is trying it’s best. I would not recommend a stay here if you care about the room. If you are there to just sleep and are on a budget- it will do the job. Bring towels and face cloths.

EXCELLENT staff, and the QUIRKY nature of the place. The whole hotel was an homage to the film 'Casablanca' - amazing. Management does seem to like it the place COLD, though - a bit of a shock when you enter the place. But as I say, the staff was excellent, and very helpful, especially when it came to checking in early.

Hotel is nicely remodeled, and the staff is very helpful. Housekeeping did not leave towels in our bathroom, and the bathroom was not completely cleaned but I did go down to the front desk and they were very apologetic. We would likely return if we are ever in the area again.
