Great location and the guys provide great tips on where to wander and get drinks! Marmalade right across the street is an amazing restaurant as well!

We stayed here for two nights. It is located in the heart of San Juan and close to all the sights and night life. Staff was super friendly. The room itself is basic but decent. The only downfalls were the no from the hallway (you could here through the door) and the bathroom. There was 0 counter space, which made it hard when getting ready in the morning. I would recommend this place.

Friendly staff. Very welcoming. Felt safe in a strange place.

This hotel is charming, conveniently located and has wonderful staff. The breakfast hours for weekday business travelers render the restaurant pretty useless (doesn't open until 8am), and the regular rooms are rather small. But if you don't need a lot of counter space in the bathroom, or a lot of room for suitcases in your room, the hotel itself is quite lovely. There is no parking provided by the hotel (and little information given about WHERE to park), so the nearest public parking garage is several blocks away. Parking in Old San Juan during the week is very inexpensive though.

Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Old San Juan. Rooms are small but the service at this hotel offsets that inconvenience. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

CasaBlanca is an excellent and quaint hotel in the middle of Old San Juan. The hotel staff was outstanding, providing us with outstanding service, directions, and delicious recommendations. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. The rooms are small but beautiful which adds to their unique coziness adding to the great experience. The roof deck was fabulous at night to sit and relax while overlooking the fort and the entire town.

Best location, type of hotel, and value. Would reccomand to anyone traveling to old San Juan

Would have been 5 stars but nothing on the site says parking is only available at a garage a few blocks away! The 'spa tub' on the roof deck is a stone tub you fill yourself and will take over an hour with minimal water pressure. But otherwise, beautiful hotel, very comfortable rooms, and magnificent staff service, especially with Miguel and Roberto, who treat every guest like they are the most important ones in the entire hotel. At the red parking garage, go park after 4pm for a hugely discounted rate with the hotel.

The room was clean. We loved the roof top were u can just sit out there enjoy the view and on a nice night u can look up st the stars it was beautiful.

Wonderful experience.. great staff.. room cleanliness and comfort.. can't beat the location .. I would return anytime

Small/uncomfortable bed. Tiny room. They said it was a queen but was barely a Full. The room has no safe, closet, or mini fridge. The A/C would turn off in the middle of the night even though it was set on the ON position making it a very uncomfortabl temperature to sleep in. Hotel staff was very friendly and nice and is located in a good location.

Being in Puerto Rico is always amazing, old San Juan is a treasure and the experience in this hotel was great, 2nd time I've been there! Totally recommended, very romantic place

Towels could have been whiter as they were a little dingy

We chose this hotel after completing a 7-day cruise. However, we were unaware of the Festival of Saint Sebastian and the impact it would have on reaching the hotel. Once we finally arrived in Old San Juan, the hotel staff met us at Plaza Colon to gather our bags. Upon check-in, the staff was kind enough to help us get our room. (The hotel didn't have an elevator and I had a leg injury.) Although we were only there for a day, we had a fantastic time. The food was fantastic. I will definitely stay in this hotel in the future.

The hotel and staff were great Very welcoming and great location in old San Juan Will be back to stay longer

Loved the place. It had a small casino which was nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable and would definitely stay here again. The location was withing walking distance to restaurants and other night entertainment. The staff were absolutely great.

Cons:1. Elevator still being built 2. DirectTv signal went out on final nite. Pros:1. Staff 2. Location 3. Beautifully decorated 4. Room very cozy. 5. Air conditioning easily adjusted. 6. Cons turned out to be no big deal in overall stay.

lovely hotel with lovely staff- very accomodating...much better to stay here than in one of those bog franchise hotels without soul. i will come again!

Great staff! Great location! Close to many restaurants, shops and pier. Would definitely stay here again.

felt like uncovering a best kept secret...so right in the middle of any/everything you migh need and want to do...just a couple blocks from all...neat experience
