The inside of the main atrium was beautiful. But when we went to our room it was terribly small no windows. The shower did not have any pressure and we did not have any hot water. The lights went off three different times. I would not recommend this hotel, nor what I ever Stay in this hotel again. Also, the hotel does not offer breakfast nor parking. We had to Park in a parking garage, 10 minutes away and walk back to our hotel room with luggage in the middle of the night.

The staff was amazing! The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony over the street. Lots of nearby delicious restaurants.There was a bar next door singing karaoke but it was so fun to hear all the fun. I would love to stay here again!

Hotel has lost a lot of its charm! Love the location , but the elevator in tb south tower is on its last leg, and feels dangerous! The rooms are very stylish, yet I had issues with TV, and the water pressure sucks big time in the north tower. The rooftop lounge ng s are not well kept. The speakeasy bar is gone, and there is no restaurant on site. I really use to love this place. Now I’m going to look at staying somewhere else! It a shame really!
