Fantastic studio recently renovated with wonderful views of the pier of Puerto de la Cruz. Located in the center of Puerto de la Cruz, it has a fully equipped kitchen, with oven, fridge and everything you need, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a living-bedroom area with a double bed and a comfortable sofa-bed and plasma television (smart TV with possibility of connection to Netflix ...), all brand new. It has a balcony from where you can enjoy unique views.

All the apartment is available for the guests, there is a comon entrance for the guests and the rest of the residents, an elevator is available.
There will always be somebody available in case you need anything.
First tourist area of Tenerife, Puerto de la Cruz has everything you need to enjoy a unique holiday, in a safe and quiet environment. There are numerous supermarkets, restaurants and shops very close to the apartment and you have a big public parking just infront of the studio, next to the harbour, 5 minutes walk, so parking is not a problem.
The bus station is 10 minutes away on foot, from which buses depart to the whole island. If you come by car (which I recommend, since it is easier to visit the island) guests have a free parking area at the pier, less than 5 minutes walk from the studio.
